The managers that work here really know how to run a store. They are all really nice to talk to, and they care about how fast you get your food, if it's made right, and the service you receive every time you visit. As far as the employees - a few of them need an attitude adjustment. Most of them never have a smile, never say "Enjoy your day!", or "Was everything okay?" They are just focusing more on how much time they have left on the clock. Their food is somehow always made wrong no matter how many times you repeat your order, even if it's just little things as just no cheese on a burger. Most of the times, the wrappers have grease/condiments on them.. which kind of ruins the whole point of 'fast food' in my opinion. Most of their food I will say, is mostly always fresh. They do take care of that. There has been a couple times where you can definitely tell the chicken nuggets got old and instead of cooking fresh, they just took the old and 'double dipped' them in the fryer again - but after I sent in a complaint, I haven't gotten an old nugget. The dining room is kept pretty clean - and they recently set up a Coca Cola Freestyle machine which is way cool, and wayyy overdue! They seem to keep it stocked as far as the syrups/ice go.
