Food- cheese pizza bone dry, barely a drop of sauce, then overcooked until the crust is burnt and the cheese is scorched. Appetizer - pretzels and beer cheese. Pretzels burnt, beer cheese very watery. Is this a powder mix? I'm thinking so based on the consistency. To go order- Stromboli was burnt. The service was slow and the restroom is disgusting. I used to love this place. I won't be ordering pizza from them again or choosing this as my go too. read more

We have been going for the queen of hearts. We go the day before, eat and buy the tickets. Everytime we go, we sit and get the same young lady. She is not friendly to us at all,but if she knows you, she's nice. We didn't want to get her again so we sat at the bar, the service was way better. It's a very clicky place. We feel like outsiders there. Foods ehhhh! The ambiance is bright. For a bar the lights are bright. The music goes from NWA, to country. Weird place. read more

Worst service. Sat at bar for lunch. Totally ignored while the server talked to her friends and played on her phone. Took 35 minutes to get a sandwich and chicken fingers when only 7 people in the place. They've wiped the chicken dinners off their menu. It's strictly bar food now. Will NOT be back. read more

Great local spot. While they are known for their pizza, their burgers, chicken, and appetizers are all really good. The weekday specials keep us coming back. This time I got the mushroom Swiss burger on burger night (Monday) for only 9 bucks, and it was so good. Servers are very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend giving this place a try. read more

Giving it two stars, because some of our meals were good while others were not at all. We had seven people, so we did expect our order to take a bit of time; however, we were one of only two tables there. The food took over an hour to start coming out, and that was two appetizers. We ordered pretzels and beer cheese for one appetizer. The beer cheese was really good, but we basically got two tablespoons of it, and it appeared to be microwaved. We also got the risotto balls, and they were delicious. Our food finally came out, but my husband's pizza wasn't ready yet. The rest of us had finished eating before his pizza ever came out. No apology was given and no reason was given. My daughter ordered a side of macaroni, and it didn't come out with the rest of the food either. When we asked the server, we were told they might not have anymore. Then five minutes later a dish of macaroni that was definitely scraped from the bottom of the pan and microwaved came out. Parts of it were cold while other parts were scalding hot. The onion rings were delicious, but I wouldn't upgrade your side of fries. You'll get four onion rings--FOUR. They were not oversized either. Our son got a burger that literally looked like a frozen patty and it had zero seasoning. I got a chicken pita which was supposed to be smothered in Alfredo, mushrooms and grilled onions. The alfredo had ZERO taste and I had one single mushroom slice. To round out the bad evening, I took my daughter to the women's restroom. While I don't have high expectations of public restrooms, I would expect the floor to be mopped once in awhile. I actually stepped into a hole on the floor where the drain was located in front of the sink. I have dined here a few times. Every time I have seen them over served customers to the point they've fallen off bar chairs, stumble through the restaurant and so I asked if they were going to cut them off and response was it's up to the customer to know when to stop, if we cut off every drunk how we would we make money to stay open. I've seen the owner but rude to workers and last but not least overheard the owner explaining to a customer sitting right behind me that if they tip in cash vs. credit card the servers don't have to claim those tips for taxes. If you ask me they should be shut down. Over serving puts the customers they over served and others on the road in major danger and are putting servers at risk of getting in trouble for not claiming cash tips should IRS find out. I will never return to this establishment again read more

Ended up getting up from the table to grab our own menus and was sitting waiting for our food for at a good 45 minutes and we only ordered two pizzas. Sweet local place to sort of hang out, have some drinks, and some well thought out food. Yes the pizza is greasy, but some of us love that! Many other options available if that's an issue. All the meat is from the local butcher (Duma Meats), so it is fresh and fantastic. Personally, I love the Big John steak sandwich. My wife loves the portabella fried mushrooms app. Kids love the tenders and fries. Again, more of a local place for dining, but a cool quick stop for dinner when in the area. read more

Let me start with when the pizza is good, it is very good. But it's a roll of the dice: cold, burnt, greasy are real possibilities. We like it well enough to chance it, and have been going since the original restaurant years and years ago. Which was consistently great by the way. . But here the service is very bad. In fact Tonite we left 40 min after ordering with no pizza, no visit by the server, no follow up on the salad, got second beer by walking to the bar. If they were busy, I wouldnt be upset, but we watched the server standing and chatting. Worse, this is the 3rd time in a row in past 2months that we were ignored, poorly served or food was bad. Had a coupon from the Entertainment book, buy one Stromboli get one free. Showed the coupon to the waitress before ordering and there was no problem. When we got our bill we were told they no longer except that coupon!! They said there was a sign by the door and yes there was a small sign, hard to see with all the other signs. Why didn't the waitress know this and why didn't SHE see the sign?? Also, it was so cold in our booth we had to get blankets out of our car. Others followed us and got blankets too. Let me start by saying, that we got Roma's one night about a year ago.. my fiancé raved about it, and it was the worst pizza I had ever had (we got the regular crust, which is pretty thin)!!! That being said, we decided to try again recently, and we got the thick crust pizza... with extra cheese..OMG it was amazing! The key is definitely to order the thick crust. We went back about 2 weeks later, got the same thing, and it was just as delicious as the time before! This is my new favorite pizza place right now.. it's the best pizza that we have had in the area! I was so happy!! We also went to watch football the one night, and they had $5 domestic beer pitchers... so cheap! It was awesome! read more

Three times we've tried this place and 3-3 left unhappy. It's dirty, service is shoty, kitchen staff is grungy and cant even make a pizza. They burn pizzas like a pro and charge $4 for a side/dinner salad (iceberg,cheese& a tomato)... If the green and white paw prints everywhere dont make you sick, order a pizza and it wont take long to get there. The only other minutes I'll waste thinking about this place is with this review.
