I like this location and there are 3 that deliver to my house, I have had great luck with this location. I order pizza for the family about every Friday and most of the time it's from here. We do try other brands but this is our favorite. The food is always good and only once like 5 years ago they forgot a salad for a delivery order, but the driver went and picked it up right away for us. I have no complaints at all. I am truly a PIZZA LOVER! One of the most challenging things about being on a low carb diet, is my obsession for the yummy, cheesy, gooey, saucy, meaty....slice of the good stuff. Took over 50 minutes to get my food, wait was 20. Paid, at 20 minutes and continued waiting with no issue. 35 minutes of waiting another person came up to help and I told him I had been helped and was waiting on my order, he went to the back and then proceeded to tell me the breadsticks hadn't been put in. 15 more minutes more of waiting and feeling like I'm burning in hell because they have no AC I got my order. Positive was a female from the back came up after a bit and gave me a voucher for free breadsticks, she seemed like she was the only competent one there. I called to place an order for delivery. When the employee answered, he asked if I wanted pick up or delivery. I said delivery. He then confirmed my address and I placed my order. I gave him my cc over the card and put a tip on the card with my total. He said it would be about 20 minutes. Over an hour went by and we didn't have our pizza. I called back. The person who answered said he was the one that took my order and claimed I answered 'yes' to wanting a pick up. I said, no, I answered delivery when he said pick up or delivery. I asked why he would have confirmed my address and taken my payment including TIP over the phone? He said to get my pizza I would have to pay a delivery fee...after waiting for an hour! No apology or anything. And he was going to send the driver out with the pizzas that had been sitting there for over an hour- he didn't want to make me new until I asked. He said, fine, you'll still have to pay the delivery fee though. At that point I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he was the manager and added that I was speaking to as high up as I could go. I told him he should be doing the right thing and working to make an unhappy customer happy. He then told me not to tell him how to do his job. I said I wasn't paying a delivery fee. He said he would refund me then. I said fine. I'll be calling corporate on Monday. This is obviously a manager who doesn't value his customers and doesn't own up to their mistakes. Pizza is good, but inept workers who don't hear right on the phone or can't get the order right. And make mistakes by overcharging for specials. When you call & order a special deal & send someone in your family to pick up only to be overcharged. Have to send back the person to get your overcharge ends up being a waste of time. Use to only purchase our pizza at Bella's until it was sold & new owners don't know how to make a good pizza. Given the fact that I'm already purchasing a pizza, I find it quite confusing that theres a coupon code for a free small pizza with a $12 purchase. The only thing that goes through my head when I think about this is "Oh, we heard you like pizza. So here's a free small pizza to go with your pizza." #bringbackthefreecheesebreadcoupon [EDIT] So, I figured that I could get the free small pizza for a co-worker of mine anyways, But upon calling to place my order, apparently this location is "pickup only"? Even though it clearly states that there is a delivery service at this location. After inquiring as to why I may only place a pickup order, I was informed that it was due to the absence of delivery drivers as they were already out on other deliveries. Strange. If it were my business, I think it would be common sense to take the order anyways and inform the customer that the delivery may take a longer time than expected given that all the drivers are currently out on other deliveries. That would be the smart decision, wouldn't it? Unfortunately, this was not the case with this particular location. This place is sucks! I keep telling to them northampton but they keep telling northanderson and they said my place is not michigan. Going there is just 3 mins away. This place is absolutely terrible. The two prior times ordering from here I've had to wait 50 minutes, when my house is literally one mile away. You have to shout over the phone to order, and it takes 10 minutes to actually finish ordering it. The last time we ordered, the guy marked it as pick up even though we said delivery. Then it took an EXTRA hour to deliver it, in addition to the 30 minutes we spent waiting. We called while waiting the extra hour and were told within the next 3 minutes it should arrive, naturally this wasn't true. When we got the pizza it was terrible. The cheese was cold, and the pizza overall looked very old. It essentially looked like a 5 dollar pizza from Little Caesars that we had to wait an hour and a half for and pay three times as much for. As if this wasn't enough, when we called to request a fresh pizza or some sort of credit, the manager was very rude. I could not on a clear conscience recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've ordered, small, large, round, square, bread sticks, flavored crusts.. all of it and never went wrong. They have a short wait time if you pick up ( like 10-15 minutes) and not too bad on delivery either. Its always been hot ( a little. Cooler when delivered but what do you expect, its delivery, quit being lazy and go get the damn thing yourself and it will be hot!
