No way he was returning after such a botched job and being insulted by your worker because she was couldn't have enough confidence and grace to admit her faults. Management supports a hairdresser insulting a teens mental health? The actual professional hair stylist who fixed his hair was mortified at what you did. Spare us the well wishes and claims of professionalism. The poor treatment of a teenager, the non existent perm and botched haircut and claims you deserved a payday because we wouldn't comeback to endure more mistreatment by an offensive "stylist" spoke for themselves. It takes un culot incroyable to take someone's money for work like this, insult a teenager when he's upset and then insist you earned every penny because the customer doesn't want to return to the offensive person. I found them through the green circle salons website. The salon is beautifully decorated with plants. Heather starts off with a shampoo and gives you an amazing scalp massage. She is fun to talk to during the haircut and it feels like chatting with a friend. She always offers drinks such as tea or coffee and has snacks and chocolate available in the waiting area.
