We used their official work order numbers, documents, and IVR system, and our communication with them was consistent throughout the process. After the quote was declined, we were informed that internal issues within their company may have affected payment processing for certain vendors. We have documentation of these interactions, including recorded calls, but as of today, our invoice remains unresolved. Based on our experience, I would advise other vendors to request payment up front.

The roof remained incomplete for another month until they corners finally started coming up. I called and complained to them and finally someone showed up to install the metal coping material around the parapet. The guys who installed the roof put the nails on the wrong side and coping material didn't cover up the nail holes. They also failed to pay the installer and he's calling me all the time about his money. I now have to complete the roof which cost another $3K and figure out a way to get the metal company some money for their work. I paid them $14K for this roof and will be out probably another $6K to finish it. Everyone's complaint about this company is right. They are crooks and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We plan to sue them just to get these issues on their company record.

I'm not one to write negative reviews often. I have done so only two other times in the course of my entire life. The front walkway looks great, although they did not do everything they were supposed to do. The back was a bit of a disaster and cost me a lot of time and money. I wrote a negative review on Facebook after which I received the comment posted below. That was the last I heard from them. While they texted and called repeatedly for the check before the concrete dried, it appears they do not care once they get your money. I'm not joking. They showed up before 7 AM to get their last check. Calling and ringing the doorbell. When the paint dried and we were able to inspect the work, we tried repeatedly to contact them. Definitely do not use this company if you have a pool! They did not cover the filters when they removed the old concrete and poured the new. That and once they get your money, you will not hear from them again. After posting a negative review, their only response was basically: I cannot believe you would leave a negative review after I've only ignored you for one week and stood you up once! I was busy making money! You should understand that! Their actual statement is located at the end of this message. I am hoping that when they see this, they will actually contact us and fix what is wrong. I have worked diligently to correct all of the problems with the pumps, filter and the pipes in the pool, but there's still much to be done to make this right. If they take it upon themselves to contact us and stand behind their work, then I will remove my negative reviews, and if not, I will post all of the damaging pictures which will probably do more harm for their business, and if that doesn't work, I will seek other measures to make sure that they stand behind their work. This is my honest review and experience. I don't know the business owner but I do know how he…read moreinteracted with me via a phone conversation we had regarding a painting crew that was painting an entire complex where I happened to live. Every day from the time the painters arrived until they departed for the day, they would whistle or yell very loudly to get someone's attention. And, as I said, they would do this routinely, which was very disruptive when you're trying to hold a conversation on the phone and have to apologize because the noise would project into the apartments. They carelessly would bounce their ladders on the side of the building which was also extremely loud and caused damage to one of my windows, which was repaired by the apartment complex. On one occasion they blocked the entrance to one of my neighbor's apartments and she had to ask them to move it so that she could leave her apartment. They routinely listened to loud music on their cell phones. They would often park, what most would consider illegally, throughout the day and then have a social gathering where the painters would sit beside the illegally parked vehicle and talk very loudly. I'm not talking about routine chatter or a low murmur, I'm talking about loudly talking so that their voices projected into nearby apartments. Then, they also illegally parked a vehicle in front of a truck impeding the flow of traffic, that they felt needed to be worked on when the space immediately beside them was open. Then, there's the attitude of having been corrected and making false attempts at not doing the very thing that they were corrected for, being loud and continuing to be loud outside my apartment to the point where I had to confront them and let them know they were being excessively loud and disrupting a conversation I was having at the time. And then, to hear them curse in Spanish getting mad because I said something to them. This flippant attitude and behavior continued for days. If I were the apartment complex owner, I would take issue that the paint crew is leaving trash behind, boards on or in bushes, and doing what I would consider a sloppy job due to large areas where paint has been spilled or a brush accidentally swiped where it shouldn't have and a lack of painting all the surfaces. I noticed specifically on my balcony there are several places where the wood has not been painted and several places where they dripped a large amount of paint onto the concrete. I called the apartment complex manager several times to complain and she listened and referred me to her manager to whom I also made my concerns known. I also called Mr. Malka to express my concerns but I have to say that I don't think he really listened because he was taking the side of the paint crew by telling me that they don't listen to music while working. When he said that, and when he repeatedly cut me off when trying to explain, it made it clear to me that he truly didn't care about how the actions of his paint crew had a negative effect and a disruption to my life and business. I am not the only person who was inconvenienced by the unnecessary level of noise. The apartment staff said that I was not the only one to complain about their behavior. There were at least two other people who work from home that I spoke with who expressed discontent and disbelief that a company would have employees that behave that way. I have noticed a change in the noise level over the past day but this is only after making several complaints which could have been avoided if Mr. Malka would ensure that his employees are instructed on how to conduct themselves. Sure, they are here to do a job and a certain level of noise is to be expected but comparing their behavior to the lawn care company that cuts the apartment complex's grass weekly tells me I'm not imagining things and they could stand to learn some things. How your employees behave or act portrays an image of the company you own and yours doesn't paint a very good picture. Would you want to have the level of noise and disruptions to your life that I and several others have experienced, Mr. Malka?
