They have special deals on the weekend no Groupon needed for savings. I had a picture in mind what I thought the space would look like. They truly blew me away with the decor. Leather pink sofa with pillows, mini chandeliers, leopard print mini high heel shoe styled chairs, and a nice girl area to dry hands and feet. there was a little glitch with scheduled appointment time but the owner was quick to fix problem. My granddaughter Jailyn was taken in the back to pick out her robe. Meanwhile staff member prepared the water for the foot soak. Jailyn was helped on to the pink butterfly chair to soak her feet. All the smiles Jailyn had was well worth the fee. Staff member engaged Jailyn in to small talk like the adult spas. When it can time to apply the chocolate scrub with sprinkles my granddaughter was all giggles and smiles. While one tech handled toes the other began her hands. I was there 30 mins early as requested. when I walked over to the spa, they told me they werent able to provide any services due to the power outage once I asked about my 1pm appointment. while it was out of their control, the way the situation was handled was outrageous. they had known the power was out for over an hour and a half and that all appointments were cancelled, without any attempt to let me know before I arrived. to wait until I went to the desk to check in was an absolute waste of time and there was no attempt to make up for the situation whatsoever. just a simple "sorry you made it all the way out here, and I'll cancel the appointment and call to reschedule" had they handled the situation better and provided any sort of notice or attempt to make right on such a last minute cancellation, I would return, but at this point I refuse to come back. the service through the situation was disappointing.
