I like that they have different party packages and I would say they are reasonably priced. We just had my daughter's 7th birthday party at Little Diva's Day Spa and everything was just wonderful! She was so excited, the place is adorable and all of the staff was very professional and accommodating. Came here on a Sunday to attend a 6 year old's birthday party that my daughter was taking part in. Obviously this is not a place for me, but it is absolutely a place for little girls to get pampered like big girls do and Little Divas Day Spa does just that and more! First let me tell you that it is a little tricky to find as it is tucked away on the backside of the Costello building that Foster's Grille and Haymarket Bicycle is located in. There is plenty of parking back there so that's a plus. Once you find it you will realize it's another one of Haymarket's hidden little gems. Exploding with pink, this little girls spa is a great place to have a birthday party for your princess and her friends. The spa consists of 4 butterfly spa chairs for pedicures, 4 spots for manicures, a nail polish selection area, 2 massage beds, a vanity chair, and a "Spa*rty Room" for hosting the birthday party. The level of spa detail is spot on. The decor is loaded with every little girl's favorite color: PINK. Blended in is lots of inspirational beauty slogans and phrases. For the adults they have a few seats here and there along with complimentary Keurig coffee and water while you're waiting for your princess that's getting her treatment. The entire place was very clean and comfortable. I met one of the owners and she was an incredibly friendly host. The "Glam Girls" that perform the spa treatments were very professional and they put smiles on each of the girl's faces. The level of attentiveness was perfect and clearly customer service is a strength for them. They offer single and party services by appointment only, but based on my conversation with the owner they will make every effort to accommodate your little diva's needs. Services include manicures, pedicures, facials, simple hair styling and light make up application. Had a birthday party here. Cheaply done for astronomical prices. Staff seemed unenthusiastic and rarely talked to children. Nail polishes looked old, messy, and cheap. Poor selection for a large group. It should be noted that there were NO licensed nail techs. You are paying adult manicure and pedicure prices for a polish change. They aren't qualified to even file a nail. The pedicure snack was cute, but didn't offer drinks to the kids (with cheese and oyster crackers). The pedicure chairs are mechanically in disrepair, no longer adjust for tiny kids who had to stretch and bigger kids were crammed in. There weren't enough slippers of one kind and they were filthy. The pedicure bowls were simply sprayed and wiped with a household cleaner. Filters were not exchanged and bowls weren't covered. Kids have toe nail fungus and athletes feet too... The music was played from a cell phone connected to a small speaker. No music is party room. The "mini facial" consisted of applying grocery store yogurt to the kids' faces and letting it sit for a few minutes before wiping it off. With all of the amazing professional products out there, none were used. The kids' faces weren't even cleansed or massaged. Again there were NO licensed estheticians. The makeup was applied with new wands and applicators, but then double-dipped into the makeup! The high chairs for makeup were in poor repair and one couldn't even be used. The hair was done using the same combs for all the girls. One staff member had huge pointed fingernails and complained she couldn't do a good job on hair because of her nails, and she was correct - her hair styles were terrible (then remove the fake nails or find different work). No one seemed properly trained and basic hygiene was not used. Last bit, it was unorganized and they were understaffed for a large party. Staff didn't communicate with each other. Kids spent a lot of time standing around waiting. One staff per two girls for nails. They wiped on the masque and left the kids to continue with pedicures. Primarily one girl was doing hair for nine kids. I had to ask whether the other three staff members could help and one lady started helping, but one of her two hairstyles had to be re-done at my request by the other girl it was so sloppy (nail issue). So one staff member did eight hairstyles by herself. The party room was cute, but the drink fountain was very small and made with cheap plastic, which needed to be re-filled. If you sell something as a feature it should be pretty spectacular. I suggest little things here - beautiful fountain, extra napkins, extra glasses. The girls loved the experience, but for what you receive it is grossly overpriced. For this kind of money I expected well-trained, happy staff and first class service. Sad that the staff didn't seem to enjoy their jobs. It came across as them being uncomfortable, disinterested, and not engaged with little guests or each other. This was all fluff and should be priced as such. You don't get what is advertised and hygiene is an issue. Potential is great here, they just don't seem to know what they are doing. Manager was lovely, but seemed untrained and unorganized. I left a phone message three days before the party with questions and never received a call back. My friend left a message about an appointment and never received a call back (she went elsewhere). I would not recommend. read more

We came in at 1 and left at 3. The service is great. She's friendly and kind. The nail polish put on my baby sister was awful. It came of before we left. So she re did it. And it came of even faster. That doesn't apply to all the polishes. But most of them come out super fast. But it's pretty cheap. Only 30 dollars read more

We love Little Divas Day Spa! My nieces had a blast today. Nice nail polish selection (non toxic, kid friendly) we loved the glow in the dark nail polish! The Girls loved getting pampered and begged to come back again soon. Sounds like we'll be regulars! They even do facials and massages! I enjoyed the wonderful complimentary coffee while watching the little divas get pampered. The Glam Girls Team was awesome and made my little divas experience wonderful. My daughter turned 5 and I surprised her with a party at Little Divas Spa. This place is amazing! She and her girl friends were given the royal treatment. Mani & Pedis for each girl. They have 4 or 5 spots on each side so the girls rotated out. While they received their pedicures and were soaking their feet they were given individual cheese and cracker trays. The girls that had messed up their fingernail polish were able to get it fixed. The employees were very patient with the girls as it happened several times to a couple of them. The birthday girl got her make up done and hair curled and had a special tiara to wear. We took tons of pictures and then went into the party room where some girls that were finished had been taking pictures on the photo wall with their fun dress up accessories. The table was set to the 9s and there were yummy cupcakes and a fruit punch fountain. There was water and coffee for the parents that stayed also. We did the party after lunch so we didn't require any other food but I do know you can get this as part of your party as well as some other services they provide. Overall the party was a huge success and all the girls, their parents, and myself were very impressed. Thanks again for making my daughter's birthday celebration as special as she is! read more
