My account was set up the same day and Mike ensured I was on their schedule for a new tank install as soon as the old tanks were removed. With one days notice, their driver (Casey) and another technician came first thing Friday AM and had the new tank installed. Because I didn't have another source for heating or cooking, they were given the authorization to fill this new tank with their 23 gallon tank (that I figure they use for unplanned needs). Casey told me of my route day (Fridays) and that he'd be by to fill the tank then. Instead, he came by the following Monday and filled the tank. Was very pleased that he made this stop outside of the normal delivery day. Compared to the last company I used, Hunt is great!

Doing the math, we overpaid JSWest by over $200 for that fill up of our tank. I called JS West and they were very dismissive and said their rates are competitive and that they would not be giving us any kind of refund. This is flat out fleecing their customers! We have been customers for 5 years since we bought the house. The JS West tank came with the house so we are forced to use them. This is how they treat their loyal customers!

We walked in and the lady told us we went put of luck and their driver probably won't deliver at least 2 weeks. We disappointed and blamed ourselves not taken care of that sooner. About 10 days later, my husband got a call and said that the driver would come by today. Obviously, we were excited. The driver arrived at the bottom of our driveway without calling us. My husband spotted him and went out without changing his shoes. He went all the way to the first level and couldn't walk down anymore without proper shoes. The truck was still at the bottom when he was down there. He screamed and I screamed. The driver decided not to drive up with residual snow and drove to his next customer. My husband called the store immediately and the same lady told him that they got other customers, which I thought that's very rude. The driver was there but left. If there's any curtesy, maybe he could call us to determine what's next. He didn't call and we don't have propane for another week. I felt terrible. The customer service lady could take a courteous call to the driver and said the customer was in the driveway. She didn't offer. Now we have limited to no propane for the central heater and stove and have to wait for another week for delivery. I totally not recommend them for local services. Go elsewhere.
