I have to give the biggest shout out to Steve and Casey with Hunt Propane. I've been a dedicated customer since we moved into our home in 2016. They got my business because they were willing to service my owned propane tank free of charge if I became a routed customer. Today Steve & Casey came out and fixed the regulator on my tank, I was expecting a charge of over $300 for this repair. When I asked if I can call the payment in to the office, he said no charge. During a time when money is tight and everyone is feeling it, I really cannot express my gratitude for this company. For as long as I have propane, Hunt will be the only company I trust. read more

This used to be a great family-owned company, but then they sold to a larger chain and now their service sucks. We filled our tank in October, and then they just showed up in November and January and refilled the tank without us calling to ask, and charged a much higher price than in October. When I called to find out what was going on, the receptionist said she'd have the manager call me, which he never did. I called more than once, and still no response. We are looking for another propane service and will never use Legacy again. We're also telling everyone we know to stay far away from them. read more

I recently purchased my home, and when JS West didn't arrive for their scheduled removal of their tank, the Legacy guys moved it out of the way, and got me all up and running. I cannot say enough about this amazing company. We had amerigas "no service" company and were so tired of the service delays and run around on the simple question of how much is propane price today! We switched 7 months ago to Legacy and as of today, after many phone calls and emails, I still have Amerigas's tank in my yard, can't get them to come pick it up. Today, a Saturday morning, we ran out of propane! We called the 24/7 line at Legacy and heard back within 30 minutes and in less than 2 hours we have a full tank!! I started using Legacy after an emergency situation during the winter. Our tank turned up empty and our provider said they'd be out and never showed up. Jesse immediately came over on a Saturday in the middle of the night to handle the situation. Come to find out we were being charged an additional 50% more per gallon than Legacy was charging, plus additional fees. Their staff and customer service is top notch. This is the only company I've found that will help anyone out at anytime. We've also had Rick out at 8:30pm on a Saturday with only 30 minutes notice.
