I was also in a major time crunch to get this box ASAP as we were installing new closet within 2 weeks. Somehow they were able to get the floors in store literally the next day. I was walking around at Costco and saw a display for Graber window coverings and was intrigued since that was actually a project I was wanting to get into but just never started. I was able to get an appointment with a specialist within 2 weeks. I met with Niles who was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking the right products that addressed pain points while still being mindful of budget. I really appreciated that he was not pressuring any kind of upsells and he was really conscious of what would make me happy in the long run. After signing contracts, Stella was wonderful to work with and she was in touch with me regularly to update me on the status changes to the order. She actually was able to get the cellular shades and blinds in early, so I was able to get them installed only a couple weeks after the order was placed. I was given a time slot of 1:30 to 3:30 PM and was notified the day of installation that Evan would be arriving around 3 PM. Evan arrived shortly after 3 PM and was able to install the window coverings in a couple of hours. He was super sweet, efficient, and professional. He got everything patched up (from previous blinds), installed the new blinds, and cleaned up and disposed of the old blinds. As a bonus, since the contract was through Costco, I was emailed a Costco shop card for 10% within one week after the installation was completed. We have now had the new shades for a couple weeks and I love them! The cellular shades have been great for reducing the heat in the house during this past heat wave and the triple blinds installed in my daughter's room have been a major upgrade by providing flexibility in keeping one or two sides of the window open while maintaining privacy with the large middle section. I let the employee know that I specifically wanted the mid rail of my shutters to line up with the mid rail of my windows (they are the type that slide up to open) so he took extra care to make sure everything matched up. A few weeks later they returned to install the shutters. I've had them for about a year now. I recently called them for a warranty repair (a couple of the frames were rubbing together, likely due to settlement) and they came out within a week and fixed them free of charge. Overall just a very solid experience. They're a responsive, no hassle company and their products are well priced and good quality.
