Keith Hunter is a great Teacher and helps with many fitness needs. one thing that he helped me on was choosing what diet i should go on, and it was called the Candida diet. this diet is a great mindset diet. and will teach you how to eat better, and shows you how much junk is in food. I've been looking to lose weight and get back into shape for years but like everyone else I've talked to in the same situation, it's been an uphill battle. That is, until I started taking Keith Hunter's Hunter Fitness Training classes. It's now been about 4-5 months of consistent weekly workouts, I've gain a lot of tone and muscle but still managed to go down around 35lbs on the scale! So far, I've taken his classes, boot camp and even signed up for a couple personal training sessions! His sessions are high energy and a lot of the exercises focus on balance, using your own body weight and gravity, and interval training. I need to loose way and the only way for me is to attend an exercise class.I need a class where I'm going to be pushed to do a routine. I have been taking Keith Hunter's fitness training class for about half a year and i love it. I take the class three times per week. I like the fact that he changes the routine each class and he makes the class fun. He is very energetic and super social. It does not matter your age or your exercise level, he accomodates the exercise for you so that you can get the best workout. I highly recommend his class. read more

Keith now has classes 3 times a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30, Saturdays at 9 a.m.). Though I've only been to his Saturday class, classmates from the Saturday class have let me know the Tuesday and Thursday classes are just as challenging and fun. No two classes are ever exactly alike. He's now incorporated a makeshift obstacle course and the infamous "barge rope" into his regimen with the emphasis on team performance. I was at a point where I knew I needed to make a change. I definitely have atleast 30 pounds to lose, and a bad knee that has been holding me back. My business keeps me very busy, and trying to balance business and my family while squeezing in a boring workout is a challenge. I emailed Keith to ask about his personal training and costs. His cost at first glance appeared to be more than the other trainers in town. I emailed him to ask why? Turns out his sessions are for a full hour, and not the half hour sessions advertised by other trainers. I gave him a try, and knew right away that he was exactly what I needed! His workouts are made fun, using my love of baseball and boxing within the workouts. Keith Hunter has a way to strengthen core muscles, while always changing the workouts. Keith always changes it up, and I never know what to expect. He makes it fun, and has so much knowledge about the body, proper techniques, and how not to get injured. He tailors my workout around my bad knee. Matter of fact, my knee is so much better since I started training with him. I am so happy to be running and jumping, and using my knee in ways I thought I would never do again. I have lost 6 pounds so far. The thing is, I feel great. I am fitting into clothes I haven't worn in over a year. I am tucking in my shirts again. I think I have replaced fat with muscle. Bottom line, I am feeling great, and sleeping better. Lastly, I have a business partner who also needs to drop about 30 pounds. Together, we have begun partners training with keith. It's more fun and challenging, and we compete a lot. It does cost money for a trainer, and it is totally worth it. I remind myself how much I spend on lunch and dinner every day, and compared to Keith's sessions, it's a deal! I have never reviewed anything on Yelp before, but Hunter Fitness deserve the praise. My fiancé and I started partners training with Keith a month ago. We have gone from huffing and puffing just to go up a flight of stairs to having no trouble. Keith has provided the motivation for us to work out and he does it in a fun way. We see him 3 times a week and we appreciate his flexible schedule. Every session is different, keeping the workout fresh and breaking the monotony. Since having Keith work with us I have notice an increased in energy. Like I mentioned above, I used to have trouble going up stairs, trouble pushing the cart from Costco to my car. Now I notice I am no longer short of breath while doing these things and it feels great. All of this was made possible by Keith. There are many personal trainers out there but none like Keith Hunter. He motivates you and pushes you just enough to illustrate to yourself that you can go that extra push up, lap, or squat. He helps find your pace, and what you can do to improve it. This review is late due to previous internet connection issues and then my review not saving initially. Third time's a charm. I had to make sure I did make sure it went through this time because Keith is an awesome trainer. I participated in the 2x week personal training one on one and from time to time, his boot camp classes also. Although I'm in the military, I was assigned to a contractor facility where fitness wasn't a must due to a wrist operation, I was excused from most sessions as they were sports related, which could lead to more injuries. I'm not motivated on my own to work out and I've been overweight for years although I wear it well (5'8, 166 lbs). Keith was very encouraging and motivating. During our exercises, he made sure I performed the exercises properly so I'd get the best results. He also provided additional info on eating healthy and reviewed my stats weekly. I liked the fact that he'd get out there and do the exercises with me at times or we'd even compete on some of the drills. I hate exercising, but I love to compete so that just made me push myself harder than I normally would. Keith would identify ways to make it more interesting like allowing me to choose a drill I didn't want to do and he'd replace it with something new. During the boot camp classes which were free when you had a certain amount of personal training classes already, it was with a group of men and women, a few very fit, some medium fit, and some out of shape and we'd all compete in drills and encourage one another - no one, no matter how unfit we were, felt left out as there were always folks cheering us on which meant a lot to me since these were complete strangers.
