I've been coming here sporadically over the last year. Last February (11months) the cost of a 60…read moremin massage was $60. I went in today and they raised the price AGAIN. It's now $80 for the same massage/same time AND they just started charging fees to pay with a card....up to $5 depending on what massage you get. I really like one lady; I think she's the owner but there's another lady - the skinny one and she's AWFUL. Today I went in and she was on her phone DURING my massage! Leaving, texting, answering the phone should not be done while performing the service someone is paying for. My neck and arms were passed because she was too busy. The other lady I always see doesn't speak English and she only does feet in the front so every time a customer comes in the skinny one has to go help. I like that this place is relatively close to my house but it's time to just look for a new place to go. Don't go -- too expensive for the service you get. Rooms and bathroom are always clean and smells nice.

There should be a minimal level of professionalism when you have half naked people in your establishment. So don't take phone calls, in fact, you should leave your phone out of the room if you're working on someone (or at a minimum on silent). Also, the barn door to the room is cute but is not wide enough to cover the door opening so there is always a minimum of 3 inches of the room open. Below is the list of reasons I sent my husband after I walked out crying.. Let me list the ways: 1. She chewed gum the entire time. So annoying. 2. Plastic stool wasn't on wheels so it scooted across the floor. Annoying. 3. Her phone notifications were on and kept dinging. 4. She stepped out the room the times for who knows what. 5. She must be the only one who knows the job because twice someone poked their head in to talk to her across my half naked body. And she talked back! Uber annoying. 6. She answered the phone to schedule an appointment. 7. She stopped to listen when a customer came in along about gift cards.. and then she walked out to go help him after the desk person just called her name!!! Like she had a corpse on the table!! That's when I went to leave and she came back and stopped the time.. she said sorry and asked to take care of the customer.. By the time she came back I was already about to cry.. she tried and I will say that she was good when she was present but there were so many interruptions that I couldn't get relaxed. I paid and left a $5 tip but I wish I hadn't. I wish I could have a place here since I'm new to rock hill, but for now, I think I'll try my luck in Charlotte. Her phone stayed open with the camera feed of the front room on.. that was a little unsettling but I didn't call it then. I'm learning to follow my gut and notice when red flags are coming in. After repeatedly trying to book a session without success, I requested a refund. Although he stated that he would process it, more than a month has passed and I still have not received my refund. I continue to receive assurances that it has been handled, but no payment has been returned. I've been a loyal client for over 2yrs. I'm not sure what led to this situation, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend not purchasing services in advance --especially if you are considering paying in advance. The legal battle is not worth it. Choose a more reputable provider.
