We had a yellow jacket nest in our attic and a few were getting in the house and my daughters were freaking out over it. After a thorough inspection, the rat's nest was located under the hood of my car - yikes! Makes sense though as Stay at Home orders have precluded driving around. He is very professional, courteous, kind, and very compassionate when it comes to calming people (like me and my family) who are freaking out over the realization that there are unknown animals in the attic/crawl space between the roof and the ceiling. Mario and his team are amazing! We were in one crazy position. We were having the underside of our raised home insulated and the insulators said they saw opossums under our house and said they couldn't finish the job until they were taken care of. In come Mario and his team to the rescue. They went to every corner of the craw space, placed traps, checked traps, installed screens on the vents that were not torn. I just had HPS come to complete a rodent abatement, clean the attic, and close up any holes that were allowing the critters into my attic. They also set traps around the yard the make sure I didn't have active "travelers" from other yards. This company is GREAT!!! I obtained 3 bids to do this work. Their prices were 1/10th of one of the bids and 1/2 of another. The interesting thing was that the two other companies were trying to get me to pay for services I did not need. Being a single female homeowner, I felt like they saw an easy mark. HPS is honest and forthright with what they do.
