Hooke Termite's owner and team are exceptionally amazing! I've worked with a lot of contractors and service companies before and there are a lot of good ones, but Hooke Termite's Eddie and Zachary - master craftsmen, are beyond exceptionally outstanding in their professionalism and craftsmanship. They changed several areas in the house that were eaten by termites, and the beams and sidings and panels they replaced are indistinguishable from the older wood parts that they joined the new wood parts too. They even changed out a huge portion of the eaves, and when they put it back, the spider webs were back there again like they didn't even touch it - but they did coz I saw them and they just finished today. Hooke Termite & pest Service was the company that our real estate agent used to inspect our house for Termite. Being new to the area a year later I reached out to Hooke Termite for their services for pest control (spiders, mosquitoes flies etc). I've been working with Hooke Termite & Pest Service since 2017. Every summer we are on the schedule to have the house sprayed. Hooke's team are alway professional and respectful. I know that treatment plan they use is safe for my dogs. Just the creepy crawlies are control. Although we regularly maintain our home, we hired Hooke Termite Service to do a pre-inspection when we considered listing it. We wanted to be proactive and insure we had no live termites and repair any potential damage in advance of a potential sale. Ernie Hooke, the owner of Hooke Termite Service and his team, conducted a very detailed inspection of our property, provided us with a presentation of his findings, and answered all of our questions. Our home was built in 1950 and we have original wood French doors and windows which we previously restored. Fortunately, we did not have any termite damage in these areas, but we chose Ernie just in case because he specializes in the treatment and repair of rare homes like ours. Ernie was meticulous and identified a few minor repairs on some exterior beams and around our deck. Ernie and his team did a spectacular job and promptly resolved these issues. This company came to our future home and wrote, produced and presented a clear termite report. We would never have acquired the home knowing about these termites. After escrow closed, we had some friends over one of them said "hey I'm not a termite guy, but it looks like you have termites". We called this company back out, he went under the house and said "there's no damage, I did a little spot treatment, I'll come back in a few months to check on things". He never surfaced. We called for an inspection by a reputable company and this is what they found after this company wrote a clear report (see photo, there's much more but yelp is allowing one photo at this time). This guy becomes angry, will not admit and be truthful about termites even after we said we have proof, he will not accept responsibility, and speaks of a small part of the whole while not addressing the multiple locations where termites are present.
