took my car in due to a slight scratch on the right right quarter panel. They did an excellent job. They washed it, cleaned the rims, shined the tires, vacuumed the entire car, cleaned the windows, the dash and instrument panels completely, washed the rubber mats to clean of all the snow slop. I've taken my car to other body shops and all they did was the repair and nothing more. I couldn't be more impressed with Huntley Collision center and I highly recommend them. Had a minor accident - got a high quote from 2 places, took it here, told them what I could afford and they were able to work with me to get the price down. (The unbent a part, skipped the paint matching - it's a 10 year old - it's not perfect.... I don't need perfect, I need a car to get me to work and back and that's it!). Two complaints, both minor - (1) they had to keep my car for 4 days longer than they originally told me. However... this was a week or so after the Blizzard of 2011 - so I'm thinkin' they were a little busier than usual. (2) Headlight is aimed too high - have to take it back. I'm assuming I won't have an issue with that, but if I do, will re-review. Would I return: Yes. Would I recommend: Yes. read more

Worst body shop ever. Took my car in to have some damage from replacing the windshield. They did a terrible job, even KC (the Manager) admitted that his people did a bad job and the didn't even fix the part that I brought it in for. So I had to bring it back again. All in all I HAD TO BRING MY CAR BACK 6 TIMES to get it done right. My advice is to stay away from this place. read more

after 2 other estimates I figured I would stop in here for a last try. After talking to KC I felt they were the place me . He understood exactly what needed to be done , without a lot of other extraneous work proposed by the other guys and the price was very competitive ( important because it was all from my pocket ) ! Everything turned out well in the end. Dent fix and repaint for front fender took 3 attempts and 6 days instead of the 3 days that were promised. My advice to Huntley Collision Center: 1. Please call and update when promised. I had been told to wait for a call one day which never came. The day I picked up the vehicle, I ended up calling to see if it was done. It had been for several hours. 2. Don't charge for using a credit card. You're better than that. It's the cost of doing business. Add a couple of percent to your estimates to cover the costs. 3. Speaking about payment options, consider accepting PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay etc. Checks are a relic from the past. You'll be surprised how many people use these services to pay for everything. Make it easy for us to give you money. read more

My husband and I have an awesome Spring Edition 1993 black Cadillac Sedan de Ville which we purchased new 22 years ago. We have had this automobile almost half of our married life. It has the most comfortable ride of any car we've ever ridden in, and we haven't had a car payment in almost twenty years. We made the decision several years ago that we would keep our Caddy as long as the engine would run, and we have less than 180,000 miles on it. We've maintained the car as best we could, but with the accumulated years, and the snow and salt of midwest winters, the Caddy developed many areas of rusting as well as some broken parts. I purchased my brand new Subaru in January of 2014, and I'm in love with it! Little did I know the frustration I would go through just four short months later. While I was at work a hail storm moved into the area and the hail damaged my car. After filing a claim with my insurance company, I was in the hunt for a proper auto body shop that I trusted to restore my baby to her former glory. I remembered that the shop that my mom took her Jeep to (Huntley Collision Center) did great work for her so I decided to give them a go! KC was great to work with and the other people at the shop were very professional. I dropped my car off at the shop on a Friday and anticipated about 10 days of driving a rental car (conveniently located right next to the shop). KC blew my mind with how fast him and his employees worked! I was back in my baby in five days! I don't know how they got rid of $3,000 worth of mother natures fury in five days but i was ecstatic! KC even let me take my car home while I waited for the check from my insurance company to clear my bank account, and i went in a paid the next day! i don't know if this is normal business practice, or if I just seemed like a trustworthy guy, so don't count on it, but it was an extremely nice and helpful gesture! Recently had an accident where someone slid into my rear fender and bumper on my pickup truck. They did a wonderful job of repairing, without having to replace the fender. To look at the truck you would never know it had been in an accident. Did the work on time, at a great price, and looks great. I've had other work done there, including a dented tank on my Harley and my wife's car that got damaged at a car wash, KC has always been great and right on target. Way to go guys! read more

Terrific Customer Service! We scraped the bumper on our SUV and knocked it out of alignment. KC came out to look at it and give us an estimate. We were hoping the repair wouldn't be too expensive. He said, "Hold on a second." KC went and got a screw driver, knocked the bumper back into alignment, wiped the scraped paint with solvent, and said, "See you when you need us." No charge. The owner, Lora, has figured out that she can make money from processing debit cards like credit cards; they charge 4% on credit card payments. They improperly charged my husband's debit card as a credit card, and then Lora refused to credit back the $80. Lora has zero business knowledge, and is impossible to work with!! Put a good sized dent in the side of my truck when I backed over a mailbox on a job. Took it to Huntley Collision Center to get an estimate. KC said it was going to be "costly", I was shocked to see the estimate and it was only $ 642.00, and that included doing some paintless dent repair on my hood. I did not think that was to costly. I brought the truck in on Monday night, was promised it would be done by Thursday, and it was. Can not even tell there was a small dent in the hood. The paintless dent repair worked perfectly. The damage on the side of the truck where I hit the mailbox was also repaired perectly. The paint matched up perfectly, 4x4 decals look original. Very pleased. read more

I did not have a good experience here. I was referred by my insurance agency after being rear ended. They kept my car for 4 days and said they would leave my key in my car in order for me to pick it up, which is dangerous but since their hours are during the normal working hours it was the only option I had. I returned my rental but upon seeing the repair, I noticed it was not fully repaired and the concern i addressed initially was not resolved. Since no one was there to help I left my car and took back the rental - a huge hassle considering this is 20 minutes from my home and 30 minutes from my work. No apology, or immediate call back the next day, just a we will fix it and leave the key in your car again - making another inconvenient trip. I had another repair i had planned through them for out of pocket work but i wanted to see how this went, however I'm glad i planned it separately because with the amount of driving, time, and hassle it was, i would not go back especially not for anything out of pocket. read more
