He put new windshield and all was good. Few months later the plastic covers that cover the sides off the windshield flew off, two seperate times. I was impressed how Jake immediately ordered new parts and fixed the problem. He learned something new about Ford Explorer . The day of week and date of month didn't match. When I arrived on the Saturday morning the owner showed me I was set for a different Saturday. Without any hesitation he got all four guys in the shop to start working immediately to get the job done in front of others. He knew I was a hour drive away from home. Arrived to their South Elgin location (attached to Key West Car Wash and detailing) and Custom Driven flaked. No show or no text, and I even waited a half hour just in case. The joint detailing company sharing the building space even tried to contact Eugene and Custom Driven for me and were super helpful. They couldn't get a hold of anyone either. The whole interaction/process came off as supeeer unprofessional, and makes me question whether I'd trust them to apply tints. Will probably end up finding a differing tint provider - but, if you're in need of detailing, hit up Key West in South Elgin. They were way more professional and customer service oriented.
