Last mowing today. Clint Hunt fired me the customer today because crew didn't know the combination to the gate and they have been told TWICE. Mr Hunt called me and called me an expletive. My home is for sale and I put a combination padlock on the gate to the backyard. I gave the combination to Clint TWICE and his crew still don't know it! I have been billed twice for the same work and have had to prove to him that it was paid! Last December, he billed me for two mows that DIDN'T HAPPEN. I paid them to pull weeds in beds and they tried to get by by using a weed eater. I definitely will not recommend Hunt to the buyer's of my home. read more

We have used Hunt's Lawn Service for several years. Overall we have been very pleased with the job they do. There was a small problem when Mr. Hunt became hospitalized, but as soon as he could corrected the problem. The best way to get in touch with him is by phone or text. They always make sure the gate is closed so that our dogs don't get out. That's very important to us! They do a great job at a reasonable price! read more

We are not affiliated with Hunts in any way, but have been in the lawn care business for over 12 years. In response to the homeowner below with the uneven lawn. Home builders hire the lowest priced landscapers to landscape the lawns in most cases. We have never seen a newish home that has an even lawn. We often have to bring in soil to even them up. The crews that install for builders do very little prep work and leave very uneven lawns. read more

I hired this company to cut the yard at one of my properties. I got hos business card out of my mailbox so I figured it would be a professional experience. I called him he agreed to come out and give a free estimate. I gave him permission to do so without me being present because I work most of the time. We agreed that he could do the work and send me pictures then i could pay him through cash app. He was charging $65 to cut the yard and trim bushes ( his quote ). I paid him and gave a $10 tip for convenience. He cut the yard and had grass blown everywhere including in the flower bed and in the street. He didn't pick up the branches out the backyard he just rode right over them. The bushes weren't trimmed at all. I reached out as soon as I arrived to the property and he no longer answered the phone at this point. read more

I had an absolute terrible experience with this company. After my first time using this company my lawn was left very uneven and still in manicured. When speaking to the owner about this he stated my lawn was installed incorrectly therefore it was not a reflect of his companies poor workmanship. My lawn was professionally installed with my new build home. Additionally I was incorrectly billed. Comparatively this company is very high priced to other in the area, meanwhile performing terrible work. Do not use this company, you will then after to contact someone else immediately after to fix the poor quality of work. read more

We parted ways today. I received a bill which was paid through a credit card for lawn mowing in December on days that the temperatures were in the 30's. I had previously told the crew that I did not need lawn mowing since the grass was dormant for the winter season but Clint Hunt continued to bill for services not rendered. I contacted him today and he alleged it was all my problem. It was a bad choice to hire him and his group. Buyer beware read more

As well as specializing in lawn maintenance we also specialize in all types of tree work. Trimming, removal, stump grinding, haul-off, planting and knowing the overall health of each tree we touch. We have certified arborist on staff that runs all tree jobs we do.

History

Established in 2005.

It all got started when a lawn service that was maintaining my dad's property stopped showing up one year. No call no letter no anything explaining why the "NO SHOW". In addition to may dad's yard there were several more up and down my parent's block. Dad suggested that I grab a mower and clean up the block for him and his neighbors. So I did thinking it would be a short lived but the more I mowed the more compliments I received and request from sweet little ladies to keep taking care of their property. Well I hate to disappoint so I kept going and going and looked up one day and I had business cards and a logo. Haven't ever looked back.

Meet the Business Owner: Clint H.

I was born and raised in SW Fort Worth. Went to Eastfield Community College in Mesquite Texas to play baseball. I was there for 2 years before injuries forced me to hang up my cleats. From there I moved back to for worth where I got in to the heavy equipment rental game. During 8 years I was in that industry I work for Prime Equipment and A-1 Rental. Those years I had fun and learned a lot that has helped in my current profession. On top of learning and operating all types of heavy and small equipment I learned the value of customer service. Customer service is very important to us here and pride ourselves in being very thorough and honest in every job we work and every conversation we have. Owning a business, having employees and providing a service that people love coming home to is one of the best feelings I've ever had and strive to make many more memories new and current customers!

I get the feeling this team doesn't like hard work. Had them for a couple seasons. They never once…read morefully mowed the yard. I never said anything, but they definitely left the yard not finished in the back every time from what you'd expect a lawn service to do. Complained for more money every time the grass was tall because I would ask them to come, and they'd show up a week or two later. And after the first mow of the season they've blocked my number. I paid extra for the first mow this year, and they didn't even ask. Overall never knew if they'd show up, they never showed up consistently every two weeks, I always had to reach out, and regularly had to haggle price. Bad explanations were given like "I need more this season because gas is higher." Except gas will only temporarily be high but wants to go ahead and establish it will be higher all season regardless. Nothing beyond this to say. Have message receipts for all the claims, including getting blocked.

We just had our entire backyard landscaped. We hired Spencer and Blake from Artisan Turf to do the…read morework. We saw the results of their work on social media and actually contacted the company to see if we could observe an ongoing project and it's results. They were excited to show us and we were very impressed with the work and finished project. We initially wanted to do a traditional hardscape using landscape flagstones and gravel. We went through several contractors for suggestions and estimates and found some good leads but the cost of the work varied based on the quality and variation of stone. We had heard about artificial turf blended with landscape stones and loved the way it looked. We were initially hesitant because our mindset towards artificial turf was outdated. Thoughts like quality of material, hot turf in the summer and longevity of materials didn't appeal to us. We quickly learned that advancement in the artificial turf industry including material and the warranty and life expectancy of the product sold us. We absolutely love the brand and design of the turf they installed. Blake and Spencer came out and listened to our thoughts about the landscaping. They offered several different options including many that we had not thought about. We actually went with a design they offered that not only looked better than we imagined, it was less costly than we thought it would be! During the work, both Spencer and Blake showed up to monitor their crew, check on the progress and to make sure we were informed and happy with the work. After the job was completed, they took us on a thorough walk around and made sure we were completely satisfied with the finish work. Even while the work was in progress, they were open and flexible to minor changes we wanted at the last minute. It's hard to find solid, reputable companies for landscape work. Artisan Turf made this a seamless and enjoyable process. Attention to detail, great work ethics, delivering as promised and doing all of it at a very reasonable cost was a solid plus and this company delivered as promised. We are very happy customers. Spencer and Blake told us early on that their reputation is directly linked to the work they provide. They did not disappoint. I had been looking for a siding company for a while and was relieved to find a company that came highly recommended from a friend. I could tell from the first meeting I had with them that they were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and their quote was thousands of dollars less than the other company I had talked to! We live hours away from their headquarters, but they had no problem traveling to us. If I had not known someone who had already used them, I might have been worried that it was too good to be true, but they delivered in every aspect. They were meticulous in their work, and their attention to detail was exceptional. We were so impressed with the siding, soffits, and fascia, that we decided to have them give us a quote for gutters as well, and we added that to the project. I have since found out that in addition to windows and siding, they have crews who can do any kind of construction work, and we plan to have them back to help us with the other projects on our house, including new windows, in the future. I would trust them with any job at this point, and I don't think anyone else can beat their prices. I recommend them to anyone looking at any construction job. The ones that did replied (some well known named companies) wanted an armed an a leg and only for 6 windows. But all those became irrelevant once we started working with True Value World window and siding. The owner was out there day one answering questions explaining all about the windows and giving us our quote. Profesional, friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing blew the others out of the water! He presented us with options and we decided on the platinum windows which we are in love with. True Value World were extra quick to order the windows. We signed the contract for work, payed the down payment, they handle the city permit and within 2 weeks we were ready for install .. which took 1 day for 14 windows! They stand behind their work and commit to addressing all if any issues! The windows look amazing and with the lifetime warranty I feel sure of the decision to buy. So much so that I am now planning on changing what windows remain to full update the home! 5 of 5 stars would recommend!
