Did an outstanding job on my 9 year old truck. Wish I had taken my truck there before.

The service was amazing, Carlos and his team brought my paint back to it original luster on my 2020 GMC Yukon.

After dropping my car off, they arranged for my transportation home which was great and stayed in constant communication throughout the day. My car was beautifully washed and vacuumed when I came back to pick it up which was a nice detail. They had to order a part that they didn't have in stock so on my second visit I elected to wait the 1-2 hours. They allowed me to use their conference room to take calls and work which was very nice and allowed me to make efficient use of that time. 10/10 would recommend.

After the technician discussed the issue with me - plus others things, of course, including check engine light, coolant outlet flange on cylinder head and a climate control unit replacement) - I agreed to the service recommendations because I trusted them based on my first 2018 visit. The October 2020 visit cost me $2711.38. Exactly 2 weeks later, I returned to the shop because my light was STILL on, my car was shaking (it cut off on me while driving multiple times), and my vents were only blowing cold air when I needed heat. This visit then costs me $5748.46 (a diverter valve was replaced, a coolant hose was replaced, a heat exchanger was replaced, front struts and upper mounts were replaced, and a right front bearing carrier was replaced). GUESS WHAT? I STILL had no heat. My car STILL had a shake and my check engine light was STILL on. I returned AGAIN a few days later and the technician gave me a rental while they tried to "figure" things out. They pretty much told me that at this point they were doing me a favor by looking things over for free since I had already paid them over $8,000. EXCUSE ME??? After one of their drivers returned my car to me and picked up the rental I was driving, the manager called to tell me they had taken care of the everything... again. But guess what... MY ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON. I decided to stop dealing with them and went directly to an Audi Dealership for a complimentary inspection. They ended up listing SAME ISSUES (at a cost of $3,300) that were supposed to be fixed by Autoscope. Pissed was an understatement. When I informed Autoscope of this and showed them the paperwork from the Audi dealership, they confirmed that they had fixed what Audi was listing as not fixed. Autoscope offered to take my car AGAIN, but I refused. I wanted my money back for services NEVER FIXED. I complained to BBB but nothing ever happened. I lost $8,000 and HIGHLY recommend NOT to use or trust this company. Don't be fooled by their kindness.

I was greeted by Jules and she was so friendly! She explained their inspection system had been down but I could make an appointment for my next PT day so I did so for 8/25 at 11am. Walked in this morning and there was happy Jules who gave me a warm greeting. Dropped the keys and walked next door. Went to get the car and when I grabbed my wallet it hit me I had fraud on my debit card over the weekend and only had my checkbook. I asked if they took checks and she said no and I explained the issue. I said I was going to Chase a few doors down and would leave my driver's license or even my phone so they knew I'd be back. She told me to hang on for a minute and went to ask the manager and she came back and said you're all good, we got it. I said oh no, I can pay. Again she insisted they were going to cover it. Not a lot of business do that especially for a 1st time customer. Needless to say if I ever need anything done I know where I will be taking my car. Thank you CBA for making my day and restoring my faith in humanity!

They installed a replacement alternator, but the parasitic draw test was omitted. Months later, the issue worsened and my new battery would go dead after just two weeks of not driving. When I returned to give them an opportunity to honor their warranty and correct the issue, I was told everything was operating normally despite my voltage meter showing the alternator output dropping to 9V at idle. Rather than continuing to deal with incorrect diagnostics, I took the van to a local Chevrolet dealership. The dealership confirmed that the replacement alternator had a failed voltage regulator and identified an unaddressed parasitic draw coming from the ECM. While CBA may be fine for routine oil changes, their diagnostic capability and customer service regarding warranty work fell completely short. Save yourself the stress and take detailed electrical work elsewhere.
