With happiness I order a magazine from a student .. paying and receiving a receipt, the first week in September. Today I check my online status and call the company to check on what does not seem accurate. I get a lecture from the first staff. that I have to understand that they have x hundred of magazines and x billions of customers and so therefore.. I can not expect...blah blah.. I ask to speak to a supervisor and I get Teresa. She can't find my original order and tells me that I ordered other magazines. It is a wonderful thing to purchase magazines from school kids to support their schools. It is not wonderful to be bitched out and have your order lost. After too long on the phone with a lost order I accept that she is going to call me back. I doubt it. I wait 5 minutes and try again, I get the first staff member and she says that Teresa is the highest level and only supervisor to whom I may talk. Dang it. UPDATE*** I talk with my relative- she had purchased the other magazines for me as a surprise! A surprise!!!! Surprise!!! it's no surprise now!
