There are tons of rows of clothing, and there are some decent options. The electronics and other departments are very disappointing and most of the items don't even work. This Goodwill was very dirty, and wasn't that kept up. Thought it would be a little more kept up since it's always busy, and since it's in a popular city. Would only shop here for the clothing, but after that I wouldn't stop here.

I ask to speak to a supervisor and I get Teresa. She can't find my original order and tells me that I ordered other magazines. It is a wonderful thing to purchase magazines from school kids to support their schools. It is not wonderful to be bitched out and have your order lost. After too long on the phone with a lost order I accept that she is going to call me back. I doubt it. I wait 5 minutes and try again, I get the first staff member and she says that Teresa is the highest level and only supervisor to whom I may talk. Dang it. They immediately responded and said they were still closed for winter break and perhaps I could check back in a couple of weeks. Well, today they reached out via Messenger and told me they were getting stocked up for spring and asked if I still wanted a gift for my friend. Wow! Perfect timing! Today is my friend's birthday. The nursery still didn't have much in blooming plants due to the cold weather but they put an amazing garden basket together, filled with colorful spring pansies, bamboo garden gloves, a sturdy trowel, packs of seeds etc., all in my price range and delivered it within the hour!!! Who does that?! They get 5 stars AND a big hug! Great job, Barnes Nursery! I'll be calling again.
