Unfortunately the clinic manager and billing company incorrectly submitted my medical billing since 2023. I have repeatedly requested an itemized billing statement and have been repeatedly denied. I have repeatedly requested to speak with billing and have been repeatedly told that their billing company doesn't speak with patients. I have never received a bill from this clinic. I have never received an EOB from my insurance company. Diane the office manager told me today that I owe about 3,700 before I can make another appointment. I was given no notice and no bill until today. Durand the clinic manager told me that my insurance company has denied payment. This is incorrect per several high level employees at my insurance company who have stated that their billing billing was submitted on 3/21/25. It's in review. There has been no denial. The clinic manager abruptly withdrew no notice, no bill and no continuity of care told me that I cannot come back for treatment. This is patient abandonment. I really hope Dr. Kitzmiller sees this because I find him to be an excellent and ethical provider. I doubt that the medical providers are aware of this situation which is happening to other patients.

I came in with my parents seeking a good Internist to replace the many mediocre ones each of us had. Even after seeing the 5 star reviews of this doctor online and after talking to other friends who referred him, I never imagined he would be so good and so meticulous about everything. He spent a good 30+ minutes with us talking about all aspects of my fathers' (the patient) health. Even without any extensive previous medical records to go on, Dr. Grivej was able to help guide and give us a better understanding of my dad's medical problems. He knew a lot of the doctors my dad had been seeing and was very candid with us about the shortcomings of some of the specialists. He ordered a set of tests and let us know what to expect in following visits. After spending almost 2 weeks in the hospital with my Dad, my parents and I have never felt much more at ease and knowledgeable about the path to take than we have today. My gums surrounding the remaining tooth were so inflamed and bleeding, I begged him to just pull the tooth. Told me it would be another $300 to pull. I financed over $3000 for tooth I had to have pulled. The least he could have done is pull the damn tooth. I had the tooth pulled by an oral surgeon who confirmed the root tip was fractured. Also look Dr. Stilanos up on LARA, through the state of Michigan website, that should tell you enough.
