This Sunday morning as we were preparing to take our dog to the park, the garage door started making a clacking sound as it opened then it would not close. Gal arrived and was able to quickly diagnose our issue which was a broken spring and helped us replace the springs with heavy duty ones with a 10 yr warranty at a fair price. They showed up and instantly said we can repair your doors and patch things up which may last 5 or so years but or reccomendation is to replace the whole door runners and opener. So we said that we would replace both doors. A couple of weeks went by and they came by installed it all. Everything went great except the lights didn't work on the opener. We happened to go overseas on vacation for 3 weeks so when we got back they replaced the opener with a newer model no sweat great work and great employees. Would reccomend. read more

Okay...I just have had bad luck ‍ Had to contact Carlos 2 more times this year. One, because the door hit my car and bent the bottom panel. The 3rd time was when the door hit our truck, the whole door had to be replaced. He again did a wonderful job. Hope I don't see him again for a long time. The door has those sensors, but my car automatically opens and close as I leave or enter the garage. read more

I was having an issue with the garage door intermittently not closing. Never had an issue with opening, just closing. When I reached out to Husky, they kindly provided me with information on how to check if the sensors were aligned correctly. It looked like they were aligned correctly, but the door was still not working. When I called back, they immediately made an appointment to come and take a look. I recently had a wonderful experience with Husky garage door repair. It was a bit of an emergency because the interior light with the motor would crackle and then the entire system would go dead. Gal came over and told me I needed a new motherboard and sensors. My system is approximately 22 years old and although it has had some upgrades, the original board had never been replaced. He replaced it, did a great job and gave me a fair price. About 2 weeks later I noticed a minor adjustment that needed to be made in the wiring for the sensors and he came right over and took care of that for me. Great job and very quick to respond. THAT is the test of a reliable company. Anyone can do the installation, but when they back up any problems with their service, I really appreciate the extra effort. I called yesterday, 10/24/23 for a quote on a new garage opener. My old garage door opener was old,slow and glitching out. Gal responded with next day service call, 10/25/23. For the past few weeks., we've been having some problems with our garage door making a lot of noise and stopping before closing. After making a few adjustments on my own, I thought the problems were fixed. That was until we came home one day, and the door wouldn't open at all. So, I searched the online reviews for garage door repairs and called Gal at Husky Garage Door. I was pleased that he could come out that same day to check out the problem. Arriving that afternoon on time, Gal immediately discovered the problem. The 20-year garage door springs were in bad shape and needed to be replaced. Looking at those old springs I had to agree. We were pleasantly surprised when Gal said he could replace them right then. He also mentioned that the worn door rollers should be replaced. Needed a new bottom rubber seal. Husky did the job for less than half the quotes I got from two of the other top rated garage door repair shops in town. Don't be fooled by the flashy web sites. Get a couple of quotes then call Husky and see what they can do it for. Their prices were reasonable enough that I had them replace all the plastic rollers on both doors with rubber coated rollers and do the bottom seal for less than the other companies quoted for just the seal. They were fast and did a great job. The door is now sealed and both doors got a tune-up, lube and are now sooooo much quieter with the new rollers. I highly recommend them. read more
