Low lights included Mike stapling his business card to wall inside garage when I wasn't looking! I told him that wasn't cool and he responded he did it because previous customers said his stickers were too hard to remove! Seriously!?! Like what the actual freak? Additional things that were very disappointing included; 1) Failure to to let me know new opener was incompatible with existing keypad. Of course AFTER it was installed and they didn't have newer keypad and couldn't get for 2 weeks! They should've known and informed me that the new motor wouldn't work with existing keypad before installation. Damage to property: Using a staple gun to attach business card to our recently painted wall is unacceptable property damage. That alone is enough to never let this clown near my property ever again! Poor quality installation: I found compatible keypad on Amazon, that Mike offered to install, but he mounted it backwards and used the wrong screws, was carelessness and showed a lack of attention to detail and preparation. Additionally the camera on motor was not set-up correctly and their excuse was it was new system they weren't familiar with. Then why didn't you learn about BEFORE installing at my home. Lack of preparation: their excuse about the motor being "new" doesn't take away their responsibility to learn the product's basic functionalities (like keypad compatibility and camera) before selling and installing. I've spent hours researching and ordering the necessary key pad and correctly installing the mount myself I would NOT have agreed to a new garage door opener that requires a key pad that needs to be charged every few months or an additional adapter. tl/dr lack of preparation, unfamiliar with product they installed, poor quality installation, & no respect for my home. Summary, would definitely not use again.

The work included two springs, bearing plates, and bearings, and the total was nearly $450. Just over three years later, after only a few thousand cycles at most, the door is wildly out of balance again. With the opener disconnected, I used an equipment scale and measured approximately 35 pounds of lifting force at the bottom of travel and 21 pounds at the halfway point. The door is now as badly balanced as it was before the repair, possibly worse. I knew at the time that nearly $450 was not a bargain, but I was already in the middle of epoxying my garage and wanted the job completed. I would have let the experience go had the repair held up. Instead, I am now dealing with the same problem again after what I consider a very short service life for replacement springs. What finally set me off and sent me to Yelp was my girlfriend's abused garage door. She uses it far more often than I use mine, has never had the springs serviced, and yet it is perfectly balanced. After finding my receipt, I also saw that the warranty was only one year on both parts and labor. In hindsight, I should have treated that as a red flag. A spring and balance repair at this price should last substantially longer than this under ordinary residential use. I am extremely disappointed by both the value and the apparent quality of the work. I regret paying a premium price for a repair that did not provide a durable result. I am leaving a two-star review because the technician was personable and pleasant, even though the work did not hold up.

Blake was the only one who gave me a transparent, verifiable answer and backed it up with actual numbers based on my specific door measurements. For any garage door, there's an optimal spring configuration (wire size, length, and inner diameter) that's chosen based on the door's measurements, weight, and drum hardware, and scaled up or down depending on how many duty cycles you want. With residential garage doors, which are fairly common and standardized within brands, a good professional can look at a photo of your door, recognize the brand and components, and give you an accurate spec without even physically weighing the door. Blake did exactly that. Every other company I contacted just quoted generic cycle numbers like "10,000 cycles" or "20,000 cycles" with no way for me to verify they were actually sizing the springs correctly for my specific door. Blake was the only one who ran the actual numbers using the industry-standard Spring Engineering app. He sent me a screenshot showing the inputs (door dimensions, drum hardware, estimated weight) and the resulting spring recommendation and expected cycles so that I could see exactly how he got there. Blake clearly knows what he's doing. His pricing was also excellent, and he stood behind his work with a strong warranty. The service itself went above and beyond. While he was there replacing the springs, he also adjusted the tension on the garage door opener drive belt, adjusted the door track, tightened up the sagging lock wires on the inside of the door, and even lubed the other garage door (none of which I had asked him to do). He patiently answered all my questions and walked me through exactly where to apply lubricant going forward to get the most life out of the garage door components. If you want someone who actually knows what they're doing and treats your job like a professional rather than just swapping parts and leaving, Blake is the one to call. Highly knowledgeable, efficient, transparent, and clearly cares about doing the job right.

WOW AMAZING!! DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE! As I was pulling my vehicle out of the garage unfortunately, the garage door stopped midway and my truck ran into the bottom garage panel. Husky is the only garage company I'll trust. Had a broken torsion spring and my garage wouldn't open to start my Sunday morning off, and Gal was the only company that answered the FIRST time I called. He was very professional and was able to come out that same day. Replaced my spring, cables and lubricated everything in under an hour. When my garage broke, I freaked out a bit inside thinking it would be a very lengthy process to find someone and I would pay so much, Gal from Husky made it one of the easiest processes ever from appointment to payment. I contacted my cousin who owns a garage company in California and even he was impressed by Husky's prices. We had a garage door emergency where the door had fallen off the side wheel tracks and fell halfway into our garage. I called the great people at Huskey and they returned my call promptly and sent a technician to our house ASAP. The garage door technician was to our pleasant surprise actually one of the company owners. We were so lucky to find this company! Our garage door broke yesterday and we had to shop around for decent prices, which was a challenge on it's own. We stumbled on Husky on FB and the price was much more reasonable than all the other companies we inquired about. They came on time, and made sure they took the time to do it right. They ended up having to do a little more than expected but still stayed with the agreed price. They weren't pushy with prices, or doing extra services to boost their price. I called Husky Garage to get an estimate for my broken two door opener. The unit was a 20+ year old Sears Craftsman. Gal came out on Jan 14, 2025 to give me an estimate on just the opener. After talking about 15 minutes I decided to replace two openers. Gal gave me a great price. I was a little skeptical that he could do all that work himself, but he got it done in the time he said and most importantly it worked. These guys did a great job. I banged my garage door and they gave me the option of replacing 3 panels or replace the door. The price on the new door made sense. I ordered it. Some delay getting it but once they did they came and installed it right away and 2 days later painted it to match the trim Great job read more

The appointment was set for the next day. Henry was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Since parts for a 30 year old garage door system are non-existent, it was determined to replace the whole unit. When Henry came back to replace the unit, Henry was on time, knowledgable and professional. The replacement unit was a quality Genie model that is extremely quiet and smooth. Instead of trying to do the minimum effort to get the job done, Henry lined up the new wall controllers and the wiring to be as clean and professional as possible.
