The service provider was pretty quick and that he was at my house during the time they said they were going to be. He gave me an idea looking at what we have and was offering all these different suggestions. I let him know that we are renting the property so we weren't looking at doing like a replacement even though the property needs one and doing an update of the motor because essentially it's not our responsibility that only the door was. So essentially, what happened was the spring broke and the door was stuck in a down position. The tech was super nice and really understood the fact that we didn't wanna spend a whole lot. Just wanted to fix that we were responsible for and gave us cost effective solutions. He made the whole process smooth and explained it to us thoroughly. The job took a bit over an hour and when it's all said and done, I'm just blown away the quality of work. It's the little things that makes a huge difference!
