Fast response and got to our place withing one hour after I post the job on yelp page. The garage was fix withing two hours. He fix the garage door was partially broken with reasonably priced I think. I think it could be fixed better but the focused was to get it working again and eventually replace the lower part of the garage panel with him sending me the estimate and he never did. I gave him 2 weeks to send me the estimate for the garage panel before submitting this review but its never come. Will I call him again if I have a garage issue ? This morning, a roller on my garage door came off the track and the door was stuck in the open position. I was worried about having it open in the desert heat because a stray dog is staying in the garage and he might get overheated. I called one company and they could not come out until 5PM. I called Will at Rebel and he worked out his schedule to get to my house about 10AM. He also identified an additional problem with sensor wire to the opener. He repaired both the roller and the wire plus lubricated the track. His fee was reasonable and he had the job done quickly and it was done correctly. My door works great now! Ok so this was one of the best experiences I will say when you have a guy like TJ that represents your company and is thinking about helping people more than selling it will go a long way as you grow your company. Also the education and tips for maintenance were very valuable. We had our garage motor come out of the wall due to the screws being too short. One of the wheel tracks for my garage door fell off and one of the styles for my garage got bent out. They came out and fixed it same day to where my garage door was fully operational the same day that it broke. It's a great value as well.
