Ben and the staff at Jay Malone went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. They picked him up from the airport and drove him the 1.5 hours to the dealership. No games, no bait and switch, the truck was priced more than fairly. The first thing this very honest dealer did was put a 9 page CARFAX report on the table for my husband to read about the truck's history. We do our research anyway beforehand and the truck has an immaculate history. The dealership had the truck detailed to a level where it appeared and smelled brand new. It was a breeze to complete the paperwork (less than an hour). We paid cash in full. The entire staff congratulated him and asked if they could do anything else to make his day easier. My husband was on the road in our new truck, driving back the 1600 miles to Maine! The one star reviews here are confusing as heck - can't imagine this dealership being even remotely bad and we've dealt with some bad ones in the past. Seems like most of the one star reviews here are from people with extremely bad credit and aren't upfront about it.

No bodily injuries thankfully however the bumper on our car wasn't as fortunate. After some Yelpsearch, I was very impressed with the reviews from Haas Collision and Glass. I contacted them for an estimate and was asked to bring our vehicle by. This happened to be a cold winter day when we arrived. I believe it was Patrick came outside to greet us. They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. When I got there Luke Weber and another guy were there talking to my son. He told my son to pull the car into their lot so no one would get hit on the road. He then looked at the tire and asked if we had a spare tire. We did but IT was flat. He suggested we call Shorty and see if he had any tires the size I needed. He didn't, but they would be in there tomorrow. Luke then went a got a jack and took of the flat and had the flat spare filled with air, and put it on for us so we could at least get home. I offered Luke some money and he refused and said he was glad he could help. I was thinking that if Mike's Countryside employees treat people who weren't even their customers that good, can you imagine how well they'd treat their customers!!!
