The drive through lines typically go back super quick. Great selection! Cool and creative ordering system for drive through vehicles especially when it's raining. This place had pretty great coffee. I'm a big fan of most of the Counter Culture roasts available, which is the brand this place carries. They do decent latte art as well and, while that may not change the flavor, is always nice. Just remind them that you're having it to enjoy at the café. The food is pretty good overall but this is where I subtracted a star. The baked goods (croissant and cinnamon roll) were well-made and tasty. The breakfast sandwich wasn't great - the English muffin was shriveled and tough after being microwaved. I'd go back - easily the best coffee we had while we were visiting! read more

Huxdotter has recently upgraded from a drive-through stand to a shiny new purpose-built coffee house near Ace Hardware in downtown North Bend. The interior has a sort of PNW Industrial feel, with lots of tables, a handful of cozy couches, huge windows to let in loads of natural light, and a big roll-up door that leads to an patio seating area with a nice view of Mt Si (albeit adjacent to a busy-ish street). The coffee is excellent, and lunch sandwiches are good, if a little dear at $11-13 for what amounts to a solid deli sandwich with a lone pepperoncini sitting next to it on a plate. I'm told additional sides are in the works and coming soon. This is a wonderful place to get work done: Wifi is free and fast, conversation and music are at just the right level to keep energy high without making it impossible to take an occasional call, power outlets abound, and restrooms are spotlessly clean. And if you find yourself in need of a little late afternoon attitudinal adjustment, they also serve BEER! Finally a word about the staff: They're great. Although this new space is clearly an adjustment and they're definitely working out the kinks, the team at Huxdotter are bright, friendly, funny, and genuinely happy to share their new digs with the community. read more

I love cafes like this - nestled among nature, great coffee and FANTASTIC service. The staff here is so friendly each time and the iced americano is a classic but so good with the deepest of flavors. I love all their baked goods but do ask them to heat it up for you before you go! I imagine this place is amazing for studying or reading since it's never obnoxiously crowded. It's just a quintessential PNW cafe without the pretentiousness. Great job guys! read more

I am in love with their coffee! I randomly came across this coffee area as I was driving and a quick google search later, I am here! Only the drive thru was open at the time since it was during pandemic and the service was quick, effortless and very nice. But the star of the show was definitely the coffee! It was delicious - the consistency of the Mocha, the bitterness of the beans with a dash of sweetness from the chocolate and just perfect harmony. I wish they had more locations throughout Washington so I could have Huxdotter coffee all the time! It's a must try! read more

My wife and I have been going to Huxdotter nearly every morning for a few months now. We are simply amazed with the speed and efficiency with which the employees make our food and drinks . . . and it's all done with a smile! They are consistently on their game. I'm someone who happens to think Starbucks has great customer service, but it's not nearly as consistent as Huxdotter's. We will definitely keep frequenting this coffee shop. read more

I finally tried Huxdotter's Twin Peaks Latte four days ago, and it was dangerously good. The barista was so kind about talking me through what my two top picks were like and which one might suit me best. I engineered a reason to make a trip all the way back to North Bend (from Seattle) simply because I was craving another dose of yummy coffee and actively kind baristas. I've worked at a coffee stand for 4 years and it's hard to find good coffee when I'm away from home. You can tell when you pull in to the drive thru that this place is a town staple. Their coffee is very smooth and is the best coffee I've away from my stand. Their food menu is also bomb and they have multiple vegetarian options, not to mention they are fast and so nice!! I agree with Cassidy W.'s review wholeheartedly and I don't have a dog! The baristas are varied. Some are nice yet others could take another course on customer service from an outside source. I wanted to protect myself and them by tapping my card myself and then was gruffed at for caring. I've taken a lot of nasty comments while just wanting a coffee. They wouldn't give me my credit card back or coffee to give me some talk on how they don't like me. I couldn't talk for I was on a car phone call with a client that could hear everything they may say. I had to continuously let them know that. Horrible experience and will never go back. I'm ready for the cutdown from the owners comments he gives to any negative comment. He will say I'm disrespectful which is not true. Attitude trickles from the top down! read more

Wonderful customer service & known for their attractive employee's. If you like Dutch Brothers (very sweet coffee) you'll love this place! The customer service is really the reason you come though. They are always nice! I do not recommend their sandwiches, bakery items etc. Really not good, but then they may come from the NB Bakery, which has wonderful owners and the worst baked items across the board that I've ever tried! I spent the weekend in North Bend and stopped by to get coffee here. What a cute gem!! They were closed to indoor service but their drive through service was open. I ordered the honey bee latte and I loved it - it was slightly sweet, delicious, and unique. My husband ordered the vanilla latte and asked for it to be less sweet and he really enjoyed it as well. Definitely will be my go to place to get some coffee whenever I am in North Bend! read more

Huxdotter is the local coffee shop of my dreams. Currently visiting from out of town and have been every single morning of my trip. The individuals working there are so friendly and happy. The coffee is so delicious, also organic and fair trade(!!). The baked goods (gluten-free options!) are dreamy. The building, adorable. There's just really no cons to this place and any time I'm in town it will be a part of my morning routine. I always try to support small and local businesses when traveling, but it becomes really easy when they're so damn good. read more
