You will feel healthy. If goat is not your thing, the seafood pancakes with green onions are a treat, the chap chae is yum-yum time, and the dol sot bib bim bop is a deep satisfier. I love the skinny little pike makerels (Kkong Chi Gui), especially for lunch. The service is excellent though causal, no pressure. It is often busy with every table eating one of the stews.
