Many side dishes to try- that was nice and pleasing to the eyes. Love the fact they got many options on the menu.

Super friendly and clean Korean restaurant. We stopped by before a concert at Allstate Arena and it turned into such a great dinner experience. The menu isn't huge, but it's packed with classic Korean dishes done really well. We ordered the soy garlic wings, hot stone bibimbap with beef, and the soybean paste tofu & beef brisket soup -- everything was flavorful without feeling too heavy. And the banchan... easily one of the highlights. It's been a while since I've been somewhere that serves 9 side dishes and actually nails every single one.

I tried to come in last Tuesday, but they're closed on Tuesday. I was back in the area and thought I'd drop in for lunch. You know a Korean place is really good when all of the 아주마's show up for lunch. I'm pretty sure I was the only white person in the whole restaurant at lunchtime. I had the kimchi, pancake, potstickers, and also the ddukk bbokki. All three are amazing. Spicy crunchy kimchi pancake was perfect. Lots of kimchi and the dipping sauce added a sweet zing. Ddukk bbokki brought me back to the street in Seoul that had a whole bunch of ddukk bbokki restaurants and my friends and I would gather around a huge pan filled with all of the ingredients and we stirred and talked and ate and laughed and cried, and sweated from the heat and made wonderful memories. The potstickers reminded me of the crispy potstickers I would get 45 years ago on the streets of Seoul. And the best part was at lunch the place was packed with 아주마's. That's the sign of a great Korean restaurant.

Came in with a group during lunchtime had the lunch special at $25.99 which include GALBI beef plus bibimbap. A bit A bit costly for lunch but meal was good.

best galbi I've had since I can remember! the menu here seemed a little limited and I originally didn't want galbi and opted for just the cabbage and beef soup.. but I am so glad our table ordered it. it was excellent! we tried the mandoo/rice cake soup which was so delicious and not salty. service was slow but seemed short staffed which is a shame since they seem like a newer restaurant. can't recommend this place enough based on my galbi experience. definitely get the marinated galbi!

Service was great! Satisfied my naengmyun & yukhye craving. We also ordered the gamjatang, but that tasted more like a gochujang stew & wasn't that good. Would be willing to come back next time to try their korean bbq and/or braised seafood.

Great food and service! Thank you! The gae ran che was da bomb . Waitress was extremely kind

Authentic Korean food, so delicious. Kudos to our server Mr. Jason. Very attentive and kind. We love the place, especially the privacy cubicle. The space is clean. We ordered samgyupsal, soon tofu, spicy cold noodles, and marinated beef. They are very generous with the side dishes. Will definitely come back this week.

    Front of a restaurant

This is my favorite restaurant to become. Very authentic taste with a generous side of dishes, which hardly can see other restaurant. I would try the many different dishes for personally. I love their yuk-ge-Jang (spicy vegetable beep soup) probably the best soup in town. Also very unique very much traditional way they cooked Korean barbecue Galbi - very high-quality marbling meat I can see. Also, I loved marinated crap it's called Gan-Jang-Ge-Jang). The place is very big so it's very useful to have a group dinner meeting or other events. Steps are very friendly thank you very much. I will be back.

Three years ago, we ordered curbside pickup on Father's Day, and it was a disaster. After waiting outside for 30 minutes, I went inside and was informed that it would be another 30. They were slammed and many others were in the same boat. I cancelled the order, but had to call the store the next day to have a manager handle the refund. Later that year we tried pickup again, for an elementary school fundraiser, and met a similar fate; we did get our food but they were backed up and it took forever. Well, fool me thrice, shame on me--we gave them another chance this past weekend, again on Father's Day...and they haven't improved. My wife ultimately waited over 40 extra minutes for our food. The staff member said "I understand" but never apologized or offered any restitution. I'm not asking for the moon and stars, but a free dessert and some sincerity would have meant something. They have two problems to solve: first, getting real-time feedback from the store to the online app, so that the app can give accurate estimates of the wait times. And second, handling a busy situation in the store with grace and empathy.

The employees here were very nice and the restaurant was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised at the taste of the food. I had a combo plate of pulled pork and beef brisket. I think it really helped that they put the sauce on the side instead of drowning the meat in it, like other places. The meat was surprisingly moist and very tasty.

Une Annee is one of the reasons to go to this pretty boring looking suburb. Hit up the bar for some cold ones plus on site made food. The prices aren't bad for craft beers and kitchens. A pretty impressive looking building. It's big and can fit hundreds. This is like a massive garage with a bar and a kitchen. First though it's a brewery. It's about $6 a pint. The one I liked the most was the Twist Of Wit. It's a wheat beer with Cara Cara oranges, coriander, and Meyer lemon. Tasted fruity but not too much. Also we got some food, which was actually good for a brewery. Vegan options are limited but there's a few. It's $6 for the Veggie Chili. This is vegan without the sour cream sauce. Also there's barbecue. There's pork belly and that kind of stuff. Beers are the best things to get here. It also has food from an on site kitchen. There's meaty options like pork and there's chili for vegetarians.

It's really cool that they have a golf simulator set up. I was greeted by Jennifer and she had a very upbeat attitude. She bought over the menu which also has Social 18 Greek Kitchen, which is more traditional Greek fare. I received my food and begun to dig in. The gyro meat was tender and I loved that it had chopped tomatoes so I can get some in every bite. I don't know if the tzatziki sauce was homemade, but the flavor of garlic and dill was good enough that I was dipping my fries into it. The fries were salted well and fresh prepared. This is where the unusual experience came in. As I was eating and scrolling FB and a news story came up with more detail of a friends passing. And I just started to cry, Jennifer came over to check in on me, while I was trying to hold myself together. She understood my situation and she bought me a to-go container and some napkins. She even offered a hug which I took her up on. People like her are rare. Thanks for a great lunch!

We started with one of their Westco margaritas - and then we both ordered the Chuletson Con Westco (rib-eye with dinner salad and bone marrow). Wow -- just wow -- the steak was so nicely seasoned that you didn't need steak sauce. And the bone marrow with it -- just decadent - heavenly! The only area they may want to work on is to have a broader wine list as they were pretty limited on the red selection while we were there. We ordered the octopus, patatas bravas, and the steak meal for two. The octopus was extremely overcooked and chewy, and the steak platter itself just felt underwhelming overall. Also... how does a Mexican steakhouse not provide tortillas with a steak platter? That honestly shocked me. The biggest confusion of the night was the patatas bravas situation. Our waitress forgot the dish entirely, then later brought over mashed potatoes and said they were "on the house." I was genuinely confused because I thought maybe this was their version of patatas bravas due to the seasoning on top. When I asked about it, she realized she accidentally brought mashed potatoes instead of the actual dish. She apologized and eventually brought the real patatas bravas, but even those tasted oddly sweet and missed the mark for us. To their credit, the staff did try to make up for it with complimentary shots, and the cocktails were honestly the best part of the experience. The space itself is gorgeous and has a very upscale vibe, but the food lacked cohesion and flavor for the price point. Sadly, not somewhere I'd personally return to.
