My first thought was 'that brush can't be as stiff as it looks' but a few hours later I was attempting to polish all the scratches he put in my clear coat. I should have stopped him but I assumed a car wash would know better. My polishing attempt didn't work well so I'll be taking it to a detail shop soon and probably spending $200 to fix a $15 car wash. Someone needs to tell Scrubby's those kinds brushes aren't for paint. I guess they're hearing it now if they ever read these reviews.

I visit this car wash once a month or so in the winter months. While this wash is a couple dollars…read moremore than doing it myself, the wash quality is consistently good. $14 washes my SUV including underbody which is great after a long roadtrip to remove grime etc. Vaccuums are easily accessed and in working order. I usually pull into a vaccum spot and spend another 5 mins after the wash cleaning the insides of my windows, vacuuming, and checking over the wash quality. I'll keep coming here to save a little time and setup effort to keep my car clean all winter. Thanks!

My truck was not that dirty. And for the bed I just wanted it sprayed out. I was here when they arrived. I showed them the truck. They confirmed that it wasn't that dirty. I removed my sub woofer. I asked them to please wipe it down. Also I told them that my trip permit in the back window was expired and to please remove it. I left. When I got home 2-1/2 hours later they were already gone. Seemed awfully quick. I walked around my truck. Omg! Terrible detail job. Lots and lots of missed spots. Dirt and gravel still in my bed. Never touched my sub. Trip permit was still in the window. Windshield liked like crap. My 9 year old granddaughter could have done a better job. I was giving the truck to my son in law. I was embarrassed. So I spent the next 3 hours finishing the detail. Not something that I wanted to be doing. Then, I received my bill via email. $450!!! Huh?!!! I called the owner. I told them about the bad job. Sent him pictures. And I asked why on earth is it $450? This job is worth maybe $100! And he quoted me $275. He offered to come "finish the job". I told him to not bother. I finished it myself. And I sent him the $275. If you need a good detail, either keep looking or have my 9 year old come do it. This was 6 months ago. Hopefully they have improved. They just sent me an email.
