I visit this car wash once a month or so in the winter months. While this wash is a couple dollars more than doing it myself, the wash quality is consistently good. $14 washes my SUV including underbody which is great after a long roadtrip to remove grime etc. Vaccuums are easily accessed and in working order. I usually pull into a vaccum spot and spend another 5 mins after the wash cleaning the insides of my windows, vacuuming, and checking over the wash quality. I'll keep coming here to save a little time and setup effort to keep my car clean all winter. Thanks! read more

The Airport way location is horrible. My friend took her car here for a wash and their equipment broke her drivers side mirror which she promptly reported, she was told there was another manager she needed to contact to get it fixed but everytime she called they would say he's not here or wouldnt answer, aftet a few weeks of no contact she had to pay out of her own pocket. She's an older asian lady and they just took advantage of her and theres no damn way I'm going here and I dont suggest it either. read more

Don't go to this place they will destroy your car and not do a thing about it and claim that it was glued on there when the dealer clearly states that it's factory sealant to keep water out of the clip holes not glue. They told me they would have someone come out and look at my car before they made a decision but they just flat out denied my claim without looking at my car so now they can lose business. These guys suck and won't even let us see the video they have of THEIR machines ripping off my trim. They can go fuck themselves. read more

This Washman is VERY busy, but you can still get in and out very quickly. The wash here is mostly all done by the drive-through (an attendant will power wash the car before you enter), but there is no brush scrub, nor dash or interior glass wipes provided. There are LOTS of free vacuum bays for use after your paid car wash, complete with floor mat cleaning stations. The staff here is consistently much more friendly and professional than you'll find at most car washes. read more

The car comes out shining like new and the tire shire makes the tires look great, yes all car washes leaves swirls and small scratches but when I can't be bothered to wash the car myself this place is great. Ever since they've added their ceramic coating the water beads off the paint like nothing, the vacuums are alright sometimes, just depends if you got one that works well, overall pretty good place. read more

December 27, 2022, I took my nephew out to give his folks a break during the holidays. As I was dropping him off, he had a bit of a fit and exploded crumbs and splattered remnants of hot cocoa all over the back seat. I kept my cool by chanting "just drop him off and drive straight to a vacuum to get this up." I looked up on maps to see many different car washes. I chose to go to Washman versus an unknown quantity. I pull up and the vacuums say "free with car wash" but there is no way to just pay for the vacuums. This was just after 4pm, the weather had become harrowing, power going out all over the place. I didn't want to drive around looking for vacuums that took coins and I just needed to get the spill contained. The employee who came over treated me like I walked into his home and tried to take a dump on his dining room table. I told him I was hoping to just pay to use the vacuum cleaners because I had a stain situation I needed to get ahead of. He acted as though it was unreasonable for me to think a car wash would have vacuums I could use. Meanwhile, there were 20 open vacuums that are continuously on. My 5 square foot disaster was a big stressor for me but was literally not going to add to the electricity draw of the 20 open, continuously running vacuums. Low ratings I see. I think I know why. Got to the front of the line after a 5 minute wait for a wash. Attendant tells us, "Need two minutes to reboot. System crashed. Sorry about that". Not a big deal to me. So I waited. I waited more. I continued waiting. They returned about 15 minutes later. I'm upset, but it's not the end of the world. Fella' returns and knocks on my window to tell me I need to wait longer. Now, I'm getting hot. It's getting irritating. Finally attendant comes and knocks again. I asked at this point for a complimentary $8.00 wash, or a free future wash for the inconvenience. They didn't even waste a breath before denying me. Took the payment and cycled us through. Now, I'm (I feel) a reasonable person. I'm not going to bad mouth anyone. I just feel I'd treat my customers differently. That's all. I won't be returning. It's a car wash. I have options and they've forever lost the business of a local neighborhood patron. I'm sure others have better experiences. This was just mine. It was an unfortunate scenario. read more

Bummer that they have changed. I was just in on Saturday to get a wash on my truck, then by Monday they no longer let my truck in. I have been coming here with this specific trick for a year and they have measured it for a year and let me through. Oh well I guess, another place that I have gone for continued service for years that I won't be coming back to. They didn't provide any measurements of my vehicle or what the new limits are....pretty quick to dismiss and remove me from the line. They get a 2 since the car wash itself works great with my vehicles, but the staff is the missing link to a good review here. Even with that being said, I don't know if this location can ever earn a 5 star review because they usually only have one person pre spraying in each lane when they could have two.....it would definitely improve your overall washes and I wouldn't have to detail those missed spots. Going to go down to Scrubby's Car Wash. I have been using this car wash religiously for many years. I recently started commuting long distances on the freeway so carwashes have been more necessary than normal. I decided to purchase the deal they have for unlimited car washes for one month. It's spendy but it seems like a decent deal. I came here two days ago and the agent taking money told me he doesn't know how to ring it up in the register. He then told me there is no option except a single wash. (Not okay) he told me if I could stay here for 40 minutes the manager would be back from lunch. (Really?) After challenging him to get instructions over the phone and wasting 15 minutes talking to the agent I decided I would go ahead and get a single wash. I came back today thinking I would get the unlimited washes. The agent on duty, (not the same) told me he isn't sure how to ring it up. He called his manager and told me that he could be here in 40 minutes!!! Really?? Is my time worth nothing?? This is a terrible way to do business!! read more

Unbelievable, they take my money and then tell me I can't go through because I have a trailer hitch, I say fine give me a refund and then I'm told they don't to refunds. I could get a complementary wash later. I am never ever coming back. If you have a new policy put up a sign so people know and look and see if someone has a hitch before you take their money, and of course the manager is nowhere around, so the kid working there gets to deal with all the problems from the customers that have hitches and don't know they can't go through. Dont do it. I played over $30 for "detailing". The car looks awful. Rainex treatment left a swirly haze, the wash didnt get dog slobber off the side of the car, rims were still hazy in several places. So I get to wash, and detail it myself. Funniest part was the guy that faked detailing looked like he was expecting a tip. Another expensive lesson. read more

They did a bad job on the back of my minivan. I didn't realize until after I went home and opened the trunk. The front and sides were clean but the back was still dirty. I came back 2 days later (no rains during the last 2 days) and showed them the back side of the van. Instead of being apologetic for the bad job, the attendant told me that I should have came back the same day and they refused to clean the car again. I have a compact 4-door hatchback, and $11 gets you the wash that provides a coat of wax for paint protection, as well as tire shine, which is something of a unique (and a good thing!) option for a drive-thru wash. The company offers packages for unlimited monthly washes, which I recommend against--it rains so much here in the Portland area that you'll likely spend less money washing your car as needed. The wash doesn't completely clean the back hatchback area of my car, but that's okay with me. I've been to other auto washes before, none have done a better job. This particular location has shorter lines than those within Portland city limits. There are two lanes and plenty of DIY vacuum spots, so waiting has never been an issue at this location. They don't offer any services beyond the automatic wash. But again, remember, you're at the "good enough" car wash. This is good enough for me. read more

I only wish I could give ZERO stars. First off, I have been here several times and never had a problem. I came to vaccum my car and clean it up, I forgot to to get cash out so I was left to use my car change. I put money to feed the vaccum, only to realize it was not working. A few seconds and I decided to ask the car wash employees if they can help. Because I put a 1 dime, it jammed the machine, which the emplyee got pissed off. I understand getting mad because a vendor has to come out, but getting pissed at a customer is NOT OKAY. I asked him where he learned his customer service, he gave me diry looks and I asked if he was going to give me a token so I could vaccum my car. He yelled and tried digging a dollar out. (1 dollar, I wouldn't have cared if I went to the bank). I do not understand these people. Your job requires you to interact with people all day! Why do a job that you hate, a job that requires you to be nice to people. NEVER GO HERE. They are just rude and do not care about the customers. read more

Corporate office says no way can they make accommodation during this time for me to use the monthly pass for my other car. Apparently there is nobody in leadership with a name at Corporate Office for me to send this complaint to either (as per the woman in Corporate Office I spoke with by phone.). If you want a fast car wash and a free vacuum then this the place to go. You have to do the vacuuming yourself but at least its free! I had nasty dirt all over my car from driving through the pass with melting snow. The car wash got almost everything except hard places like behind the door handle. So if your expecting a detailed car wash thats not what this is. This is a quick automatic car wash that does a really good Job, which is what my rating and review is based on. I would leave a 0 star review if I could, I went to this car wash around 5 days ago when just the day after, I noticed what looked like white scratches left all over my car that weren't there before I had gone completely through it looked as if wolverine had clawed my car. Aside from the scratches left it also left a big what looked like as if my car rear door had gotten keyed and for the $12 I paid I would end up having to pay $$$$ to get the scratches painted and removed. It is dumb looking at several reviews as well that have also said there car has been scratch after going through this car wash because I don't think this should happen when people pay to wash it there. I would not recommend anyone to go here unless they want to have there car scratched. read more

My first visit to this location and certainly my last. They have two lanes but poor signage about which lane, where to pay, etc. I pulled in and the lanes were full, I took the lane on the right. I looked for where to pay but had a vehicle behind me honking their horn pushing me forward. So I inched along looking for some sign or indication where to go. I ended up right at the entrance of the tube a bit perplexed. An employee (who rudely refused to give his name) began to yell at me and berate me for having moved forward. I began to apologize that I was looking for where to pay. He continued to yell at me and screamed there are signs everywhere. When I got through the tube I went back around to see where these "signs everywhere" are that I had somehow missed. There are NOT signs everywhere. There is ONE sign on the far left, which is blocked when a SUV is alongside it -- which was the case. No other signs. So they do not provide adequate signage and yell at a customer who gets confused -- terrible service. I got in contact with the customer service rep Genadi and he made it top priority to take care of my issue for a replacement. Been going to this location religiously for almost four years and have been extremely happy every time. Went today right before 7pm (closes at 8pm) for a quick wash and then was going to vacuum my van out. Both "open" signs were on, doors were open, I pull in, see a sign that asks customers to pull around to the entrance, so I do. Young lady inside pressure washing the inside, make eye contact with her four or five times before she comes over and very rudely asks how I got in. Well, I pulled in the driveway. "I put both ropes up, that's impossible. We're closed" I politely noted that the only reason I pulled in was because the website said they closed at 8pm, AND the "open" signs were on. To which her response was "well if we don't have customers we close early, the website is wrong, you need to leave" My nine year old son even commented on how rude she was being, and he usually keeps to himself. I was forced to drive back around the building in reverse. She yelled some choice words at me after I mentioned that she should turn the signs off if they're closed, and that I will never be returning. read more

While I do come in regularly, last night was the last time I will ever go.I went to their Troutdale location and paid for the $11 wash for my 2016 Chevrolet Cruz, after my car is washed I drive to the store to get gas.As I get out I see huge dirt streaks all around my passenger side doors.I immediately returned to speak with a manager in attempts to get him to do what his business says it does WASH CARS. I return to find no one "officially" in charge just some bratty teenager who claimed to be the manager, after I explained to Mr. Velesco what had happened his whole response was "It looks pretty clean to Me". And proceeded to argue the fact that because it wasn't a "sunny" day he couldn't do anything.You ask for service and you get laughed at well I will never return my business here .I wouldn't recommend bringing your car here unless you want unprofessional service and a terrible wash. read more
