I asked the older gentleman at the desk about the honda and he adimately denys they have ever worked on this vehicle, argues with me about it. Mind you i have a stack of receits in the glove box from this place, finally he gets the vin number and then says yeah we worked on this vehicle. I was thinking great we are finally getting somewhere. So i asked to make an appointment to get the things fixed on the car and he refuses to let me make an appointment, says they dont do that there, which blew my mind. I said ok let me get an alignment while im here, he says theres not enough time left in the day. It was 2 in the afternoon and they werent busy. I said ok can i make an appointment for tomorrow or wednesday to get the alignment and he replys no we dont do that. So...... obviously they dont need business there. This is the WORST place to take your car !they got my truck and been had it for a few weeks now and…read morethey charged me over 800 dollars after inspecting it then they told me it still needs more parts after that so I called and the guy/manager said my truck was about 16 years old and they can't visually check everything but remind you he gave me a price after having it for a week stating that it would be under warranty and it will stop the oil leak now they said they can't guarantee it won't leak so my truck is all taken apart and that I will have to pay labor for them taking it apart and labor to it back together because I asked for the diagnostic price and he said it's still the same price 800 and that it's just been sitting there apart so I'm gonna get me an attorney and I'm calling the police on Tuesday when I go back up there because they really money hungry now it needs a valve cover itself and they acting if they can't find one when it was at the dealership the whole time and after they gave me the estimate saying it took 4 hours to check it out when the labor fee is $120 a hour!!!but they don't want me to get my truck and this is sad !!!
