They are remodeling this store right now They are moving some things around Love hy-vee! Market grille is back at this store There is still wahlburgers too

I've never been to a Hy-Vee before. Not bad. If you're looking for a standard sort of grocery store layout, you can find it here. They have some newer products, like energy drinks and exotic sounding flavors of Mountain Dew. As well as good deals on things like bounty paper towels and meal replacement bars.

I had heard the hype but was skeptical. A grocery store that was the best of traders, Whole Foods and Costco right at my back door. I took my kids on a Saturday run to see what all he fuss was about. The place is really nice They have a restaurant that stacks up against any NW metro eatery Incredible meat and bakery Kids get a free cookie, piece of fruit and cheese while shopping with parentsS. They have some insane specials A huge gluten free and organic section And have dessert to die for. This may be my new go to place as I scored meat for the fourth and sampled incredible produce, cheese, bread and picked up some fresh baked donuts for measure. Well done Hivee, you even have your own liquor store, gas and a car wash, get some beds I'll move the family in!

Fantastic space, parking is easy. You'll find every aspect of Hy-Vee's ecosystem at this location (carwash, gas station, etc) Staff were alright, they were focused on their tasks for the most part. I was slightly confused on how the space was used, most of the store wasn't accessible. Majority of the isles had boxes in them, it was hard to take photos that told a story besides a messy one. For better context, it looked like it was a brand new store on the verge of opening although this location has been open since 2016. I'm sure it doesn't always look a mess, but the mess took away from their customer service. I'll be back to see if I have a different experience.

The store might be large, but the selection of products is rather small. Employees are friendly and helpful. Bakery, deli, and hot food sections have delicious and appealing looking food.

Donuts! My favorite was the smores one!

I love Hy Vee. This grocery store literally has everything you could want. And this location is HUGE. They even have a smoothies and juice bar. I mean come on, can this place get any better? It can! They even have a small clothing section with pieces made only for Hy Vee. Some of it is pretty cute! My favorite part about the store is the sweets and pastries at the very front of the store. They are amazing. They have many different types of donuts, which is nice compared to the normal flavors you get bored of! And they have any other type of treat you could want to: cupcakes, big cakes, macaroons, brownies, and so much more. All of it is good! Their hot food section is also great. They have a lot of options and all very reasonable priced. Super convenient for on the go people. Overall, Hy Vee is better than your average grocery store. Come see why yourself!

I frequent Hy Vee for quick bites to eat in their quick serve food area, "'Til the Cows Come Home" Ice cream (aisle 15!), smoothies, and picking up a few staples. Large organic and gluten free, dry foods, bulk sections, global food section, F&F clothing area.. overall it tends to be higher priced than other grocery stores. It's kinda just fun to look around here because there's so much variety. Employees especially in the food service areas are very polite and willing to help, though the checkers tend to be slow from my experiences no matter what time of day I come. Their fresh produce is always fresh- no wilty veggies here. Some of the highlights: - The desserts display. Hard to miss and they all look so good. I placed a large order for some mini desserts for an event and was very satisfied with the whole process. Also, try the Carrot Cake Bomb dessert! - Sunday special on Sushi Rolls-- buy one, get one for $1. They can make any roll from the HyVee restaurant menu too and we like to order the Paradise Roll sometimes or just pick up a crunchy roll. - Starbucks inside AND Starbucks outside by the HyVee gas station. - Front parking spaces and charging for electric vehicles.

I love Hy Vee!! Whether I go here at 1am or 3pm the staff are always nice and helpful. I love how clean and organized the store is shopping wise. My one out of 2 complaints about Hy Vee- I usually don't use public bathrooms but I had been out all day, I went into the one open stall they had at the moment (1 was out of order and the others were occupied). No toilet paper, no paper towels. By time I turned around to wait for another stall to open 2 women were waiting. When someone came out of one of the other stalls she said that that stall was also out of paper towels and toilet paper, so I decided to hold it. Not really the biggest deal, but nice, well taken care of bathrooms would have really but them above the rest. Would have been the perfect place! My second complaint is that they only have one scale in the produce section and boy was it hard to find. If you are wondering where it is, it is in the front of the produce section by the apples. The apples were stacked all around the scale in which I had to rearrange the apples in order to weigh my fruits. This only bothers be because their food is a little more expensive than other grocery stores (but better quality overall), and I once spent $23 on a bag of organic cotton candy grapes because I did not see a scale to weigh it before I got to the register and they were scanned. Now that I got my complaints out of the way, on to the amazingness this store has to offer. One stop shop! You can get Starbucks, gas, a car wash, clothes, household good & gadgets, groceries and bakery/deli/grille/cafe food all in one stop. The deli food is good. I've tried a few different things from here. The mac and cheese is good, my mom loves the meatloaf. They really have a lot to offer. They have a loyalty rewards program which helps you to save money on gas. They usually have decent sales and specials on items. I follow them on Facebook and they offer activities for kids, deals and specials and so much more throughout the year.

this shows the unfortunate series of miscommunication from Hy-Vee MTG

He told me back then that someday we needed to check out J&J's. We love small business, local, non-chain restaurants. I decided to surprise my husband and take him to J&J's for Father's Day. We are empty nesters, so it was just the two of us for lunch. We arrived just after 12 p.m. There was a line out the door, which we expected since it was Father's Day and Sunday lunchtime. We were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait for a table, which we had no issue with. We ended up waiting less than 10 minutes because there was a table available on the patio. The weather was beautiful, and with summer being so short in Minnesota, we like to take advantage of it whenever we can. Our server came to our table shortly after we were seated, but it was long enough that we both had time to decide what we wanted before she arrived. I ordered the Texas Philly, and my husband had the brisket sandwich. We had to wait a while for our food, which we understood given how busy the restaurant was. Others around us were complaining about the wait, and those tables had a different server who was very apologetic about the kitchen being backed up. The hand-cut fries were piping hot and seasoned perfectly. It's so rare to go out to eat and get hot fries, let alone fries that are piping hot. That alone was worth the wait! My husband loved the brisket sandwich, and the Texas Philly was SO good--piled full of meat. We live in the south metro, but it was well worth the 30+ minute drive to get there. We'll definitely be back and will absolutely recommend J&J's to others!

That means there are little speakers next to each parking stall from which you order (the menu is near the speaker) and they will bring the food to your car. They used to bring the food to you on a tray, but now it is bagged up for you to either enjoy in your car or to take home. Other options are to sit at one of about half a dozen picnic tables, or there is seating inside the restaurant. Frankly, Wagners was getting a bit run-down, but they have spruced up the place in the last couple of year, with a well-deserved paint job, new speakers, and new picnic tables. They even have hand held credit card readers, which saves the waitstaff from making extra trips to process your card. The menu has all of the classics you would want, from a variety of tasty, juicy hamburgers, hot and cold sandwiches, meals that include fries, coleslaw, and toast. Their French fries are crinkle cut and excellent: crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The onion rings are good and you can have Chile in a bowl or on your hamburger or hotdog. There are milkshakes, desserts, kids' meals and smoothies. I've eaten here for years and the food is always reliably great, the service is always friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Take your kids here, take your grandkids here, go here for a date, or just go yourself. It's a fun and tasty time!
