Ernie and I are taking this class today. My second class over the years.
Rebecca N.

Tyler taught an excellent class today. He has multi levels of instructions/classes. I was supposed to interview Tyler after the class, but Ernie and I were tired and hungry. I'll interview him at another time. He was about to start another class in about 1.5 hours. I am sure he needed his rest. Tyler has over $42,000.00 in training & knowledge that he shares with people who are interested in protecting themselves. Great class. I am going to inquire about the second level class next. It pays to be prepared.

Four day stay. A great hotel in a very convenient location lots of food choices within a 5 minute walk. The staff is outstanding even with COVID they make every effort to make your stay pleasant. The property has parking that is gated off that you can access with your room key. The breakfast in the morning is grab and go with other limited options to order (see menu in photos). They have the bar open weeknights until 10pm wine, beer, and liquor are all available. The gym, patio, and pool areas are also open. Ice is available on the 2nd and fourth floors. Pros: Staff Bed Large TV (60 channels) Showtime on demand available for free. Location Shower Cons: N/A

Parking here is free and I am a huge fan of hotels who do not try to make profit of every inch of its square space. so I was happy that the parking was free here. The place had very friendly staff and the lobby was super cute. They had a bar as well as they have breakfast every morning, I am just not sure of how much the breakfast is. The grounds are breathtaking, the view at the backyard staring to the Gulf of Mexico is amazing, theres plenty of siting back there and even a fire pit to just sit there drink some wine and enjoy the view. I didn't see the gym none the less I liked the other parts of the hotel. The room is also some amazing thing They have it nicely set up as a little office space and bedroom with a mini living area, it was well decorated and well planed, the space was very nicely used for sure. I am super impressed with the hotel.

Thick soap scum on the shower floor and walls.

We've stayed at this exact property in summer of 2023 and based on that good first experience; we Booked again in Spring 2024, using our points. First impression of the room was that it smelled badly. Also noticed The bathroom needed a thorough scrub down. The soap scum on the floor and walls of the shower is thick and dark enough to see with the naked eye. There was a brown substance on the wall next to the towel rack. The bathroom smelled like old dirty mop water; the room in general smelled like sweaty feet. I couldn't get the AC to come on. I requested an additional cleaning and for the AC to be checked, as we were told there was no other room to move to. We came back for the evening to see the same soap scum in the shower and gunk on the wall. But at least it smelled better and the AC finally worked. Room 319.

Room 332

Gave a young couple a night's stay here for a short honeymoon and either housekeeping and/or management needs to severely reprimanded or replaced. Room 408 was supposed to be cleaned and the sheets had visible stains on them. Pictures attached to review. Kindly asked to be moved to another room and they were moved to room 332. Video attached to review. Upon arrival to this room, the room had not been cleaned and towels were still on the floor from the previous occupant. After both rooms not being properly cleaned, the couple decided to return home with the wife visibly saddened by uncleared rooms

Easy access to the water taxi for other events was definitely an added plus. The DoubleTree Riverfront hotel deserves a 10++ for everything they did! The hotel staff was amazing and every single person went above and beyond, and directly aided the reason for the reunion's success, and we do mean every single person! Sara, the sales professional was extremely responsive, easy to work with and connected us to the right people to work with. Apollo managed the banquet room, and he knows the event business. He was directly responsible for all the interworking's of our large banquet, technical requirements and success of the banquet. His help in the PA/sound system and up-lighting was instrumental in making the event a success! He even created a custom menu for our attendees to review prior to entering the buffet. Last minute requests?...No problem! Judy made the buffet dinner run flawlessly. She released all the tables in systematic order getting everyone through the line in record time. The dinner was served on time and it was great! Hat's off to the chef and team! We had some ADA veterans and those who had a little more difficult time moving, so Judy had the staff serve the dessert, a very honorable and much appreciative gesture on her part. We couldn't thank her enough! Kevin, Joe, Troy, Michele plus the bartender were outstanding in flipping the room for the banquet and setting up the room's tables and chair covers. All had amazing attitudes and took care of every detail requested. Ezzy and her staff in the breakfast room simply excelled in their service. They made us all feel so welcomed and the food was very good. We talked to several attendees at the banquet and a common theme was how extraordinary all the hotel staff (and I mean all) was, hands down great. A big thank you to everyone and DoubleTree family!!!

As a loyal Hilton guest, I was genuinely shocked by the condition of this property. While the staff…read morewas accommodating, responsive, and courteous, the physical condition of the hotel fell far below the standard I have come to expect from the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, the only items that appeared consistently clean were the towels. My guest room (both of them) was dirty, with a stained bathtub, unclean floors, and mildew in the shower. The public areas were equally disappointing. The entry doors and common spaces appeared neglected, giving the impression that routine cleaning and maintenance were not priorities. The pool water looked questionable, and the men's public restroom was unsanitary, with a strong urine odor and urinals that appeared to have accumulated urine residue. This property is in desperate need of a comprehensive renovation or perhaps even a complete rebuild. It simply does not reflect the quality, cleanliness, or guest experience that Hilton is known for. I sincerely hope corporate leadership invests in restoring this hotel to the standard that loyal Hilton guests expect and deserve.

The Inn is located in a nice area of Riverside and is close to restaurants and museums, as well as the water. Our room was on the second floor and was a nice size room with a tv, coffee maker, mini fridge and a beautiful bed. The Inn also has a bar on the first floor, as well as a good size dining room for daily breakfast. The menu offered about 5 or 6 options. We both went with the vegetable cheese omelettes and they were the best omelettes we have ever had. There was also a cute little outdoor patio adjacent to the second floor common area. It was a delightful stay.

Reservations were easy to make online, we were welcomed quickly upon arrival and giving a spacious room with all the amenities you could need - coffee maker, mini fridge, and more TV channels than you can imagine. While the bathroom was small, the shower pressure was great! Well we didn't have time to enjoy their honor bar, they do have plenty of different places to congregate or lounge on the first floor. This is a renovated classic structure, offering a great combination of old school charm with modern necessities. In the morning, we had a wonderful breakfast served with a smile. There's plenty of parking, and they even have electric vehicle chargers in the parking lot. I did take a very short walk to the waterfront. Overall, great rooms, friendly people, and the traditional bed and breakfast experience.

The room was clean and the room service was excellent. The room service workers were all very nice and polite. I went during a lifeguard completion and I witness one of the South Carolina guests being rude and disrespectful to the staff member assisting in the breakfast buffet. I completely understand why there's a small fee for the beach chairs and umbrellas on the actual beach. There would be way too many arguments and fights for the chairs and the longevity of people using them or others that would hog as many as possible. We've always had to pay at every hotel I've been to. And I'm so used to having free netflix at the hotels that I was surprised that there wasn't a free account. And some of the charging cable ports in the room didn't work. The shower is not sealed and water leaks out from under the door. I also did not receive the wifi so I used my mobile data instead but it would have been irksome if I had brought my laptop. Had a great view though. haha I did get the view of the pier, so you can imagine how many homeless fights I got to see.

Greg the owner is around most mornings so it was nice to say hi! I love the Malin goetz products and love that it's regular size so I don't feel bad using small travel size. It's right in the middle everything. There was one bike and I used it to go down to Jacksonville beach. Walls are kinda thin. Our room was the bunk bed which was neat to have for a few days. Fridge space was perfect. We removed the drinks and placed them back. All the drinks and snacks were priced so I appreciated the transparency. My sheets felt damp so I think we shouldn't have turned off the ac as the area is foggy/damp. Really great stay.

It is a jazzed up sparking americano with a wonderful hint of orange... don't knock it til you try it. I also recommend you try the Leche de Tigre with the infamous "buzz button". If you've never had one before be prepared for an acid trip in your mouth... it's the most insane sensation (10/10). Lastly, the atmosphere is what really makes this place. Everyone is so friendly and great to hangout with! I've never had a bad experience here and I really don't think it's possible. Plus it's dog friendly!!!!
