Hotel building is old no up keep. Walked in room carpet immediately notice was dirty not vacuumed in some time. Fuzz and hair all over floor. Walked in bathroom and toilet not working handle broken off. Had lift lid and pull string to flush. Went to front desk to let someone know of issues lady did not give any interest on complaints. She said no maintenance at this time it was 7PM!! Ice maker machine is rotting away in the corner leaking all over. Halls are dark light bulbs out. Definitely no one cares if this place.

The rooms are dated and need a refresh. The bathroom has very little light and the shower/tub is extremly old. The vanity is outside the toilet and tub area but ontop of carpet. The only non carpet area in the room is the tub/toilet area. The carpet is very worn and dirty. It had stains all over it thru out the room. The closet is small and the iron cady is coming off the wall. We stayed her a total of 6 nights/7 days and only had housekeeping come 1 time despite our repeated request to the front desk. We had to obtain our own toilet paper and towels from the front desk. The front desk said the same repeat story ea day that the housekeeping request was noted and they would come that day or the next. This was never the case as they only came on day 4 of our 7 day stay. When they did come they did not restock the room or take the dishes from room service. The tv stand is full of thick dust and the corners of the room is also full of dust and dirt. The carpet base is coming off in several spots in the room and the furniture is in need of repairs/replacement. We can not recommend this Hyatt nor would we stay here again.

We stayed here over one weekend visiting for a soccer tournament. The hotel itself was very soccer team friendly and helped us block out floors for our entire team to stay. I love how they have a small restaurant and bar in the lobby with plenty of seating. They provided complimentary breakfast which was a perk. They do have a pool, but don't expect it to be large. It was plenty big for a team to enjoy. They also had seating outside by the pool. The only thing I wished they had were more water dispensers or water fountains. We also didn't have lotion in our room which would have been nice to have. Besides that, the hotel and stay was awesome with amazing service by the staff.

    Hair on bathroom floor

Literally the worst experience ever do not stay here. There is a whole bunch of hairs on the floor from the past guest and i opened the sheets and found what looks like shit on the sheets. I have never been more disgusted in my life. I feel so dirty here. The shower also does not turn on. So we ended up switching rooms and the new rooms lock doesn't work. This place is trash

Went through Expedia to book this reservation easy peasy. Get to the hotel around 1pm checked in everything was fine easy! Great customer service. Went to my event came back to the hotel around 8:30pm was greeted by the front desk. Everything is cool so I thought Around 10pm I get a call from the front desk saying that I was given the wrong room WHAT! He puts me on hold checking in the computer for what I am not sure! He comes back stating well you're in the wrong room I just sat on the phone silent because the front desk clerk gave me this room. He starts asking me questions for my first and last name the last 4 digits of my card and yet he's breathing hard stating I didn't pay for this room and I took someone else's room. He states that he will fix it I state I reserved this room! I pulled up my reservation and everything and he insisted that I did not! He calls at 11pm we were sleeping because we have to get up early to head back to Vegas. He call 3-4 times before i finally answered just to tell me that they were not going to charge me the price for the room I'm in and that he fixed it on his end but when I leave I need to stop by the front desk and blah blah blah.. SIR it's 11pm I wasn't going to pay for anything because the lady at the first desk assigned this room to me! Getting woke up at 11pm when I have to be up at 5am to get back on the road from this turnaround trip really put a sour taste in my mouth! The hotel was really nice! Room was really clean! That's why I gave it 3 stars! Check in was quick!

The pool outside is also beautiful with an outdoor bar, and appears to be two jacuzzis. The restaurant has a decent amount of seating with a covered outdoor patio. Coffee and tea are complimentary while water bottles in the room are $3 per bottle unless booked through Hilton as a member. The room is spacious and the window has a two-set shade for lighting control instead of curtains. It comes equipped with a smart TV that can be hooked up to services like Netflix, Apple TV and more. If your stay is short, five days or less, and do not require housekeeping, it's best to forego the service. Trash can be easily left outside of the room or brought to the bins by the parking areas. We returned to our room on the third day, after skipping service on the second day, with fresh towels even though the towels were hung. The bed was made although with not so fresh sheets. You can most certainly tell it wasn't. It wasn't dirty to begin with, but it would've been nice to have gotten fresh sheets. The concierge staff continued to be warm and courteous at checkout as well. I won't mind staying here again.

After driving 6 hours from San Diego, I went to the front desk to get extra keys and ask questions. I was greeted with a sign that read something like "we have stepped away from the desk but will return soon...." So I waited about 5 minutes and nobody came. There was no bell to ring or anyway to get attention. Then I noticed someone in the office wearing AirPods and on their phone. I walked closer so they could see me out of the corner of their eye and they came out and greeted me. She was very friendly which was nice, and I get that it was late but I feel like she could have been more aware of people coming to the desk, and maybe that someone leave a note letting her know there would be guests arriving late. We got to our room and it was nice and clean. The beds were comfy and we slept. The next day we went to breakfast and the chef was very accommodating for my daughter who has celiac. They made a fresh gluten free omelet for her on a clean pan. As we were getting ready to go out for the day, I went to get some ice and as I walking into the hall I noticed a maid with a clipboard. I told her I would like to have our room made up while we were gone for the day and asked if I should remove our dnd sign now, or wait until we left. She said "wait until you leave, we'll be sure to make up your room". We left around 12:30 and returned around 10:30pm. We came back to our room and it was not serviced at all. I called down to the front desk and asked to have towels brought up. I was told we had to come down to the desk to get them because they didn't have anyone to bring them up. The next day as we were departing around 8am, my daughter and I went down to the lobby to get Starbucks for the road. It was not open. With a sign right in front the read, open daily 6:00am... Then the front desk lady walked over apologetically and informed us that the Starbucks would not be open but if we wanted just a regular coffee they could take care of us at the restaurant. I said no... she apologized again. 1. If you are expecting guests arriving late. Be ready for them when they arrive. 2. If a guests specifically asks you to have their room made up and you assure them it will, then follow through and make sure that happens 3. Hire someone to make room runs, you're a Hilton not a motel 6 4. If you're going to have a Starbucks in your lobby, make sure you have people to run it. Or remove the sign that says Open daily.

He said I should notify the hotel for future guests. I called and confirmed we did not need a code for the medical discount. (We needed the code at a diff hotel in Scottsdale.) When we checked in, I verified we were there for medical reasons and asked what the rate was. He said we would get it at checkout. I have never stayed in a hotel that would not tell me the rate upfront. He ran my CC, but said it would not be charged until we checked out. (I did not prepay) Upon check out, the GM, Tammy would not honor the medical discount. She said because I made the reservation via Expedia, she could not give me the discount (even though I called ahead, and was told when we checked in that we would be on a medical discount rate). Luckily it was only a 3-night stay - but I was mad enough with just those days being at a higher rate. House keeping did not clean our room on the scheduled day. The rooms are spacious and clean, a little dated, but comfortable. The staff was friendly enough. I had to check out of my room but still had time before my flight and needed to take some meetings. The downstairs lobby area has plenty of seating and even little nooks where you can sit and work and not be disturbed. I never go down for the breakfast, but they had some decent options in their market if you are arriving late and need a little snacky snack. If you're looking for an easy and convenient space to stay, I recommend. I mean I think most people know what they are getting with a Residence Inn, but just in case the nice thing is you do get a small kitchen and there is usually some living space separate from the bed. I really felt like I had a ton of room to spread out.

The bathroom had communal soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There was a note on the sink stating that other toiletries were also available upon request. I wished there was more toilet paper was included as there was only one extra roll. There was a sufficient number of towels for the sink and shower. However, I found the shower to be difficult to start as the shower pin was stuck. The shower knob was also labeled backwards as the "H" was on the side of cold water instead of hot. The bed and pillows were soft and supported. The bedsheets were clean but could have been thicker. I enjoyed the easy access to outlets and lighting from the convenience of my bed. The TV was large and there was a decent number of channels available. Breakfast was simple yet executed well. The omelets were light and fluffy. Potatoes weren't always served but it was a good day when they were. Everything was seasoned and cooked well. Sausages were juicy and bacon was crispy. There was also fruit juices and coffee available. Other items included cinnamon rolls, cereal, oatmeal, and made to order pancakes. I would have loved healthier items like fresh fruit but the spread was more than sufficient for me. Although others enjoy actual dishware, the disposable plates and utensils made it easy to eat on the go. Would stay here again when visiting Mesa or Gilbert.
