I've used Hybrid Renovations twice in the past few years. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The latest project was to replace 9 windows. Originally I was told it would be 4-6 weeks for the windows to be made and installed but in actuality, it was only two weeks. Josue and Joseph were the sales guys and they were terrific. Personable and fully informed of the company's products and capabilities. Leo the project manager was awesome, keeping me informed every step of the way. The two window installers tool about 4 1/2 hours to install all 9 windows. They did a good job cleaning up. A few minor paint touch ups were required and Leo got his crew to do that in a timely manner. I've been very happy with the work and interaction with Hybrid. Highly recommend! read more

We had a really great experience with this team. They brought my kitchen vision to life and it turned out exactly how I wanted. The workers were always respectful and professional, and they would check in often to make sure everything was coming along the way I imagined. They also did a great job keeping things clean during the project. They made sure to clean up any trash or debris from the work, which I really appreciated while the remodel was going on. The project manager Leo was very communicative and always checked in with updates and to see if we needed anything. Overall the whole process went smoothly and we're really happy with how our kitchen turned out. I wish I could leave zero stars'. I get all kinds of solicitations and have a no solicitors sign on my front door. This past Saturday I got a knock on my door which interrupted a project was working on. It was the guy in the pic and I asked him if he read the "no solicitors" sign. He said he did but that he didn't think it would be a problem. I told him it was a problem and he proceeded to argue with me about how "you could have bought that sign anywhere" and how he knocks on doors all the time regardless of signage. I told him to go away and that I didn't want to hear from his company again. This morning I called the company and talked to a woman who claimed to be "the head of business development". I told her what happened and she seemed to have no interest in who the agent was or where I live so she could make sure it didn't happen again. She said she would "figure it out". If it was me I would have gotten the information from the upset person so they knew that I was going to make sure he was never again contacted. Out of three different places I've called, hybrid renovation was the only place to call back and set up a in person appointment. Anthony our service rep was very professional and helpful. Gave us quotes and gave us a timeline of how long it would take. I've done three project with them including full bathroom, roofing, and kitchen remodeling. I spoke with the owners of the company and they agreed that the job was smaller than they originally estimated. they said they would be giving us a refund , though I haven't received any refund as of yet. But after hearing their response and their listening to ours we were able to come to an agreement. I just hope that they come through with their side of the agreement. We had a representative come by for a quote on a garage to ADU conversion. He was 1 hour late and was not prepared. He gave us this high quote and then spent some time talking to management to see how low they could go. They were able to get it down by 65k which was suspicious already. We then agreed that Hybrid Renovations would work on a written proposal and it would be emailed to me. Come Monday, I received a phone call saying that they couldn't email me a proposal but that they had to deliver it in person. We agreed and scheduled the meeting for Friday 03/22 @ 9am. Come Thursday night, I received a text saying they couldn't make it at 9am but if we were ok with 10am. We said it was ok. Come Friday, the representative wants to reschedule. My husband and I were already irritated. We gave them one more shot. We scheduled another meeting with supposedly the "ADU expert" for Friday 03/29 @ 10am. Come Friday, they sent the same original representative without a proposal and was confused as to why he was there. He had absolutely no idea why he was sent. When we requested the proposal he said his company didn't do proposals. He wanted us to agree to the contract before seeing anything in writing. This was a waste of 2 weeks. Do not hire this company for large projects. read more

If it wasn't for the high-pressure sales tactics, it might have been a pleasant experience. I cannot say if the product they are selling is really any good as there are good and bad reviews, typical of any product. After the presentation went on for 1.5 hours on the exterior Tex Coating system, I had to explain multiple times that I will make no decision today as this needs to be researched and get multiple quotes. The salesman kept trying to get past my "sticking point" over and over again until I was just about to get upset. Finally, I said absolutely not will anything be done today and then that was it. The next day I get told the owner reviewed the measurements and could possibly bring down the price. The owner never came to my house, so checking the measurements really wasn't done. After that I was called and asked if we could meet the following Monday, I said yes to put me down for Monday and if anything changes, I will let them know. I later get a text message to confirm the date and time that I already gave a verbal confirmation over the phone. I was in a conference meeting, so I did not respond right away. I got a single "?" as a follow-up to their original message. That is not professional at all. People are busy and cannot respond to you right away, so back off and give a person some time. read more
