After calming down, he acknowledged that he had made a mistake and repeatedly pushed for a private settlement instead of going through proper insurance channels. He then refused to provide the company's insurance information. At the scene, he also pretended to record video evidence, but when the roadside claims department later contacted the provider, they completely denied the facts and refused to cooperate. ***BE CAREFUL*** What has been most frustrating is not just the incident itself, but the complete lack of accountability afterward. Based on our experience, once damage occurs, this company appears far more focused on denying responsibility than resolving the issue fairly and professionally.
