Terrible customer service. I go here often and every time my nails look terrible or have to be redoneI sat for an entire hour. To only be told I have to wait because a Caucasian lady came in with in appointments at 7pm and they close at 7pm! DO NOT go to this shop. Terrible service and customer service!!!!!! TERRIBLE. You will leave disappointed.

Today's set, dainty little flowers

Popped in today for a simple fillin. Walked out with a super cute set!!! Showed PINK (that's the nail techs name) a pic and she put her spin on it! Love them

Overall it wasn't that bad as the reviews say it is we came to the salon from out of town just to get her feet done cost $40 for the no chip. But it has some negatives when you first walk in it doesn't look as clean looks like they are just starting out . They have lots of improvements. NOW THIS IS THE TEA we you get your feet don't they use laundry detergent ! YES detergent when asked if it was they lied about it when you could clearly smell it and see that it was Some tools aren't clean either But the good thing is that our feel look really good I don't know the girls name but she did really good and was very thorough

This nail salon has gone down in the quality of service. It's very dingy and dirty these days also. I was going out of town to a conference this past week. I stop by on a Friday to get a mani and pedi. I opt for no chip mani like generally due. No chips are suppose to last at least two weeks at least with me it does. By Friday evening my thumb nails had began to chip. Went back to shop on Monday to repair them before I left for a week. He ( the head tech)did a patchwork fix that lasted all of that day. Very upsetting so don't waste your time or money here too many other shop that offer quality product.

Tried this place because its close to my home. It's clean and I was very satisfied with my service! I recommend this place. I get gel overlays and I never have any compliants. The lady that does my nails is very friendly. Her name is Lori. Check her out!

I was happy with how my nails turned out except the one big thing I mentioned 3 times to 2 different staff members (and also over the phone before I came in) I wanted was glow in the dark and these were not. They were lovely but again my main request was glow in the dark as I was reassured repeatedly that's what I was getting. Other than that I'd go back I probably still will for a fill in.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Taday Nails…read more On Sunday, June 7, I visited the salon for a fill-in on an existing set and paid $76.26. This was the very first fill-in for the set. Less than 24 hours later, on the morning of June 8, one nail broke. On June 9, a second nail broke. I called the salon on June 10 to explain the situation. Rather than expressing concern about the quality of the service, the male manager immediately informed me that it would cost an additional $15 to repair the two nails because the salon does not guarantee fill-ins, only full sets. After a lengthy discussion, he eventually stated that the repairs could be done at no charge, but only if completed by the same technician who serviced me. Unfortunately, I had an event to attend that afternoon and could not risk an extended wait. The following day, I called again and spoke with a female manager. She also began by reiterating that fill-ins are not guaranteed and that repairs must be completed by the original technician. She then informed me that the salon was slow and, if I came immediately, they would make an exception and repair the nails. I rushed to the salon, which is less than a 10-minute drive away, only to arrive and be told there were already two people ahead of me and that the wait would be more than 30 minutes. This was especially frustrating given that I had specifically called ahead and adjusted my schedule based on the information I was provided. While I understand that salons have policies, I find it unreasonable that two nails would break within days of a routine fill-in and that the response was to argue policy rather than address a clear quality concern. What was most disappointing was not the broken nails themselves, but the lack of accountability, inconsistent communication, and poor customer service from management. As a first-time customer receiving a fill-in on a relatively new set, I expected better workmanship and a more customer-focused resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in returning.

Absolutely the worst experience…read more I'm visiting from Washington, DC, and needed a fill for my Gel-X nails. I think that's where things went wrong and it appears that my request got completely lost in translation. As it became clear that Mike wasn't familiar with what I was asking for, I tried explaining exactly what needed to be done. Instead of listening, he cut me off and insisted that what I was requesting was incorrect. Clearly, it wasn't, because later that same evening THREE of my nails broke completely off. And no, these were not press-on nails. I called the next morning since the salon was already closed when the nails broke. I spoke with a very pleasant young lady named Jenny who apologized and explained that Mike had been feeling ill and that I was his last customer before he left. Unfortunately, that explanation matched the quality of the work--it felt rushed and careless. She invited me back to have the nails repaired. When I returned on Tuesday, Kim started working on my nails, but then Nancy took over. Keep in mind, this was only a three-nail repair. During the service, Nancy repeatedly stopped to take phone calls. Then, when two other customers came in who appeared to be regulars, she left me sitting there to assist them instead. Nothing says "your time doesn't matter" quite like being abandoned mid-service while someone else is helped. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service was disappointing from start to finish. If you have another option, take it.

I came in…read moreand the only thing they did that was kind as well as correct was just offer me a polish change. I wanted French but they said they couldn't do French unless the base was clear because they use nail polish remover to make the French design. That seems like inexperience to me. I've been to places where they do French over a pink base with regular polish but this is not the spot for that. So we pivoted because I didn't want gel polish. I said I'd go to the car and get the regular color I had on my fingernails. The woman started putting clear polish on my toes so I couldn't put on shoes and go get it. Since I was in a rush we just decided on a pink dnd color with funny bunny on top to make it more white. The joke was on me trying to be in and out. I showed up at 2 and didn't leave until 3:30. It should not have taken an hour and a half for a polish change. The original woman made the funny bunny coat on top too thick and lumpy. So I asked her if she could remove it and I could redo it. I repainted my big toe correctly and then another nail tech came and touched my toenail to see if it was dry and ended up smudging the polish. We had to take it off again. The nail tech that had messed up my nail repainted it but did the same mistake as the first tech. The polish is old and lumpy and unless you put it on thinly, it is going to be lumpy on the toe. So she removed it and said a other tech would try to paint it. When that nail tech finally did come over 20 minutes later, she was able to fix the issue because she found a bottle of funny bunny that wasn't dried out. But most importantly, she listened to what I had been saying from the start. My original nail tech never came back out. And I'm annoyed that I had done it correctly and then they messed it up. I would avoid this place unless you're getting gel. Even the last nail tech said it would have turned out better if I had gotten gel. They seem not to be able to do the basic regular polish well. Just do your own nails at home if you want regular polish. I know I will be. There was also a man on FaceTime on speakerphone in the shop and we were forced to hear his conversation for the entirety of his pedicure. They did not ask him to get off of speaker. It was really annoying and not a relaxing environment.

I have never gotten a pedicure before, but ended up tagging along with some friends who wanted to go. This was a very spacious salon and it felt like it was busy, but not too busy on a Friday afternoon. We all decided to get the Spring Romance Package and I'm not sure if we got everything listed (it said there was a tea, but I honestly couldn't tell if that was actually a drink or what the soak was called, lol). My friends and I agreed that I probably had the best experience out of everyone, so it really can vary depending on who is working. I believe my techs name was Johnny and he was great. One of my friends asked specifically to not get the scrub since she doesn't like them, but her tech ended up giving her the scrub and not another step of the treatment which she was bothered by. My friend who gets pedicures fairly often said that these were some of the best massage chairs he's ever experienced. One thing that isn't clear before going is that you can't add a tip if paying with card, so bring some cash to tip. They do have an ATM inside the salon, but I imagine there are services fees involved with that as well. Salon visits aren't really a thing I have worked into my budget, but I think if I wasn't able to take care of my feet and I could get the same tech, I would probably go here again. I loved the color that I picked and it makes me happy to see it on my toes!

It was as if I somehow knew better than her because she for some reason put a normal top coat and didn't set the nails. They chipped the SAME DAY.
