This is a really live and vibrant nail shop. They have a lot of space and they have a lot of nail tech on duty, which is good when you're looking to just be a walk-in they do a variety of designs. The customer service is pretty good. The services are fast. they look clean and it was a great experience. It has become my new neighborhood nail shop. The prices are also pretty decent too.

i just paid 30 dollars to have the integrity of my natural nails absolutely obliterated requested a builder gel removal and gel pedicure removal- despite grating down half of my toenail, there's still some gel polish left over they just didn't remove. the woman who did the service was very sweet and i don't blame her at all- it's clear that the nail techs here are not given the proper tools or training to know what drill bits should or should not be used on the natural nail. that isn't her fault, but it does mean that this place should absolutely be out of business. i worked for almost six months to grow my natural nails out and now they're paper thin and damaged beyond repair.

Every time I go to ML Nail Spa, I have an amazing experience. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the quality of service is consistently top-notch. I especially love the pedicures -- they include a complimentary paraffin wax treatment that leaves my feet feeling soft and pampered. When I get my nails done, they take their time and never rush. The attention to detail is impressive, and they're always able to replicate any design I bring in, no matter how intricate. My nails come out neat and flawless every time. I've even recommended ML Nail Spa to my sister, and now she's a regular too. If you're looking for a clean, relaxing spot with talented nail techs who care about quality, this is it!

Visited twice for a no chip mani pedi. The first time went fine and no issues with my nails. The second visit for the same service resulted in the polish peeling within 2-3 days of getting my nails done. Doubt I'll go back.

He said he was finished. Horrible job!!! I will never go back.

DO NOT GO TO This spot for dipping nails If I could give less than 1 star I would. I usually tip, I could not give a dime for this horrible job. They dont even do a hot towel.

Dip nail polish where you can see the speckles - done wrong

Probably one of the worst manicures I've had in a while. I asked for a semi translucent color in gel and the lady asked if I wanted to try dip instead. I've never tried dip before, so I figured I'd give it a go. The dip turned out horrible. You can still see the powder flecks in my nails - I'm pretty sure this is not how a dip manicure is supposed to look. I didn't pick a speckled color... the nail tach also did bare minimum in terms of cleaning cuticles and the nail bed. She didn't ask me what shape nails I wanted and started aggressively filing down my nails into a square. I had just grown them long enough to have a more natural oval shape. When I saw what she had filed my nails into, I had to settle for a squoval shape and asked her to round out the corners. It looked bad. The worst part is, for $60, my dip nails started falling off in less than a week! I thought dip was supposed to last longer... clearly the tech didn't know what she was doing. I also got a pedicure and told the tech the water was too hot. He turned the knob to cool it, but instead turned it onto boiling hot water. I yelped in pain and he apologized for his mistake. He seemed nice, but clearly didnt know what he was doing. I will definitely not be going back.

This is the hand I wouldn't let him touch.

I was happy with how my nails turned out except the one big thing I mentioned 3 times to 2 different staff members (and also over the phone before I came in) I wanted was glow in the dark and these were not. They were lovely but again my main request was glow in the dark as I was reassured repeatedly that's what I was getting. Other than that I'd go back I probably still will for a fill in.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Taday Nails…read more On Sunday, June 7, I visited the salon for a fill-in on an existing set and paid $76.26. This was the very first fill-in for the set. Less than 24 hours later, on the morning of June 8, one nail broke. On June 9, a second nail broke. I called the salon on June 10 to explain the situation. Rather than expressing concern about the quality of the service, the male manager immediately informed me that it would cost an additional $15 to repair the two nails because the salon does not guarantee fill-ins, only full sets. After a lengthy discussion, he eventually stated that the repairs could be done at no charge, but only if completed by the same technician who serviced me. Unfortunately, I had an event to attend that afternoon and could not risk an extended wait. The following day, I called again and spoke with a female manager. She also began by reiterating that fill-ins are not guaranteed and that repairs must be completed by the original technician. She then informed me that the salon was slow and, if I came immediately, they would make an exception and repair the nails. I rushed to the salon, which is less than a 10-minute drive away, only to arrive and be told there were already two people ahead of me and that the wait would be more than 30 minutes. This was especially frustrating given that I had specifically called ahead and adjusted my schedule based on the information I was provided. While I understand that salons have policies, I find it unreasonable that two nails would break within days of a routine fill-in and that the response was to argue policy rather than address a clear quality concern. What was most disappointing was not the broken nails themselves, but the lack of accountability, inconsistent communication, and poor customer service from management. As a first-time customer receiving a fill-in on a relatively new set, I expected better workmanship and a more customer-focused resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in returning.

Absolutely the worst experience…read more I'm visiting from Washington, DC, and needed a fill for my Gel-X nails. I think that's where things went wrong and it appears that my request got completely lost in translation. As it became clear that Mike wasn't familiar with what I was asking for, I tried explaining exactly what needed to be done. Instead of listening, he cut me off and insisted that what I was requesting was incorrect. Clearly, it wasn't, because later that same evening THREE of my nails broke completely off. And no, these were not press-on nails. I called the next morning since the salon was already closed when the nails broke. I spoke with a very pleasant young lady named Jenny who apologized and explained that Mike had been feeling ill and that I was his last customer before he left. Unfortunately, that explanation matched the quality of the work--it felt rushed and careless. She invited me back to have the nails repaired. When I returned on Tuesday, Kim started working on my nails, but then Nancy took over. Keep in mind, this was only a three-nail repair. During the service, Nancy repeatedly stopped to take phone calls. Then, when two other customers came in who appeared to be regulars, she left me sitting there to assist them instead. Nothing says "your time doesn't matter" quite like being abandoned mid-service while someone else is helped. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service was disappointing from start to finish. If you have another option, take it.

My dermatologist wanted to know why I never showed it to her in all these years. Not one ever mentioned it, until Michelle. The space is small, within Sola Salon. It is well appointed. You will need to sit in a regular chair but the environment was quite relaxing. She first files the nails before cutting. She told me it reduces the chance of a nail splitting. She uses disposable everything, even a nail brush. She takes her time so expect your pedicure and manicure to last longer. I got the rose petal pedicure and it was wonderful. It was as if I somehow knew better than her because she for some reason put a normal top coat and didn't set the nails. They chipped the SAME DAY. Maybe it was the person working that day, but due to the small setting and weird set up, I do not recommend this place. You're better off getting fake nail stick ons and going somewhere else.

He took his time so if you're in a rush like you gotta be out of there by a certain time don't bother going to him. He did a great job. For a regular pedicure, they charge $30 for a no chip pedicure, which I got they charge $45!!
