We came in early to fill out the "paperwork" provided and not even half way through the paperwork our therapist were out and ready for us. Which begs the question, "how are your therapist reading the necessary information off of the paperwork if I'm not even done with it yet?" My other half for some odd reason every time ends up with the tiniest tiniest little women as their therapist every time we get a massage. Today was no different. Although the woman was nice my partner had requested firm pressure and the therapist was in no way able to provide that. To top this she also wore latex gloves through the entire massage. Strange. We have been to couples massages many times at many different establishments but unfortunately every time we have been into Rejuv they have just not quite hit the mark. Now, typically I try not to leave negative reviews as I am no "Karen" but this has been a repeat experience.

I chose BBME because of their social media--they looked like fun and boy were they! I was treated kindly from the minute I walked into their gorgeous office. The wait time was nonexistent. I had Bobbi and 2 other girls (sorry I forgot their names!) who made me feel welcome and special and had me smiling and laughing the entire time. They did ask if I wanted a consult beforehand and provided one. Bobbi suggested Botox for my masseters which has NEVER been suggested before and has already helped my migraines and made my face look slimmer (bonus!). I had family photos coming up, and she insisted I come back beforehand to be sure everything looked perfect, and it did. She also stayed late to see me! I don't feel they're anymore expensive than other injectors around the TV, but, even if they were, the atmosphere, service and care would be worth it.
