There's something to be said about exceptional customer service that's both professional & authentic. Kindness is free as our favorite smoothie barista, Noah might say. On this particular day, Noah made thee best coffee smoothie I've had (with extra almond butter). Eric (the manager) has done a fantastic job at supporting his team not just professionally- but, with a genuine commitment to each customer, treating them with warmth and attentiveness- like our Noah does so effortlessly! :) Cheers to more visits & gleeful vibes!

This is my local Sprouts location and it's my favorite. The main reason I'm leaving this review is for the smoothie bar! Not sure how long it's been here but I discovered it on my most recent visit. You make your order by filling out a sheet and giving it to one of the employees. The smoothie was very refreshing, more like a slushy because of how icy it is. Service could use some work though. I waited nearby the whole time, and saw my smoothie on the counter for a few minutes before they called my name.

I stopped by yesterday to buy my weekly groceries and noticed this little guy on sale, BOGO. Unfortunately it was the last one left and a vitamins associate was kind enough to give me a discount on it! Im giving it to my friend's toddler who loves playing with our other friends doggy toys lol! Thank you Julie for your help!

The only Sprouts location in SoCal so far with a smoothie bar. The tropical glowgetter smoothie is a trending as a dupe for the Erewhon cloud smoothie. Not the same, Erewhon's smoothie is primarily coconut and Sprouts has a prominent banana flavor. For $7 it's good but I wouldn't say they're comparable. Fill out an order form and leave your paper until your name is called. On the weekend, the smoothie bar gets pretty popular - expect to wait about ten minutes.

Absolutely Phenomenal Grocery Store!…read more This store is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in, you can see and feel the difference in quality. Everything looks incredibly fresh, especially the fruits and vegetables, and the store is clean, well-stocked, and very inviting. The selection is phenomenal! They have a fresh poke bar, salad bar, bakery, coffee bar, fresh juices, and so much more. Their bakery alone has an incredible variety of delicious-looking items. They also carry a great selection of soaps, supplements, health and wellness products, and so many unique items that you may not find at your typical grocery store. The employees are another reason I enjoy shopping here. Everyone I have encountered has been polite, friendly, professional, and willing to assist when needed. Great customer service makes such a difference! Some items can be a little pricey, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. The freshness, quality, variety, cleanliness, and customer service make it worth spending a little more. This store is several miles out of my way, and I will STILL make the drive because it is worth it! If you haven't visited yet, you definitely need to check it out. This is what a quality grocery store should look and feel like. Highly recommended!

Customer Experience At the beginning of this month,I went…read moreshopping at Lazy Acres with my husband,I have been a customer for a few years now,and I have generally had positive experiences with the cashiers there, particularly because I have food allergies and specific dietary needs that make this store especially useful for me. During this particular visit, however,we had an extremely uncomfortable experience with a male cashier,While we were unloading our groceries, I took out my EBT card to pay,Before it was our turn, I noticed the cashier having a friendly conversation with the customer ahead of us. However, when the cashier saw my EBT card, his demeanor noticeably changed,I observed what appeared to be an eye roll and a change in his attitude toward us. As the cashier continued scanning our groceries, he began handling most of our items very aggressively. Among them were glass jars of Mount Hagen coffee. My husband noticed the way our items were being handled, As our transaction continued, the cashier appeared increasingly irritated,He was sighing, making audible noises, and seemed visibly annoyed while scanning our groceries,At one point, he was looking through a book to find the price of some yellow long peppers we had purchased, and his demeanor continued to appear frustrated and uncomfortable and angry. Near the end of the transaction, while my husband and I were bagging our groceries, my husband asked him, "I'm sorry, are you okay? The cashier responded, "Why? Are you guys scared? We both found that response inappropriate and confrontational, especially considering that we were simply trying to complete our purchase. I want to be very clear,I cannot know for certain what was going through this employee's mind,However, the timing of the change in his demeanor particularly after he saw my EBT card made my husband and I feel that we were being treated differently because we were paying with EBT,His behavior throughout the transaction left us feeling uncomfortable, judged, and unwelcome. I also want to emphasize that this is not my normal experience at Lazy Acres. I have been shopping there for years and have never had an issue like this with the other cashiers. This experience stood out specifically because of how different his behavior was. If Lazy Acres has employees who have negative attitudes toward customers using EBT or other forms of public assistance? I believe that needs to be addressed through appropriate training and management. Customers should not feel embarrassed, judged, or uncomfortable because of the method they use to pay for their groceries. I am leaving this review because I would like Lazy Acres management to take this seriously and look into what happened. I believe I still have my receipt from the transaction, and I would appreciate someone from the store contacting me directly so I can provide the details of the visit and hopefully have this matter addressed. I shop at Lazy Acres in part because the store carries products that accommodate my dietary needs. I should be able to shop there without feeling uncomfortable or judged, and my husband and I should not have to experience what felt like passive-aggressive or confrontational treatment from an employee simply while trying to purchase our groceries.

I hope they continue the breakfast special bc it's such a good deal for folks that don't otherwise shop at the market due to pricing. I ordered over easy eggs, roasted sweet potatoes and toast with butter and jam. The eggs were PERFECT!! Kudos to the maker bc all the white was cooked but the yolk was all there...like literally no cooked yellow, at all. Perfection. Sweet potatoes are yummy and the sourdough toast is so big it's enough to sop up all the delicious yolk with one left over to have with jam for dessert lol (and I think it's raspberry right now or maybe even blackberry, so tasty). And it comes with coffee . Plus bc the order didn't go in until I got there they let me top off my coffee and apologized for a second time (it was no fault of theirs but the courtesy was so nice). Is it time already? Am I already at that age to worry about my health? Adolescent me would be…read moreridiculing current me if he knew I was taking health supplements! Well it seems my mid 30s have arrived, and I find myself actually being concerned for my well-being as well as my wife's. When you're younger, you really don't think too much of it, especially since you feel invincible. But the older I get, the more...for the lack of a better word...old I feel. I now feel that health supplements are beneficial to me. My parents have taken Umeken products for a long time, so I was always aware of it (I guess that's most 1st generation Korean parents from LA though, haha). But I HATED taking them when I was younger. What a fool I was! I now see the benefits of taking premium health supplements from Umeken. Only thing is I have to pay for them myself now....Curse you, adulthood! My wife and I both enjoy Koso Balls and we regularly take Okinawa Zedoary for our stomach issues. We also supplement (haha, get it?) those supplements with the Mineral L-Calcium and Nattokinase (my wife is worried about my cardiovascular health). Ordering online from their website is convenient and although I don't personally buy the products from the stores, I do see them at some of the markets I frequent, which is kind of nice to see their setup firsthand. I highly recommend Umeken products! Plus, they're great gifts to give to parents since they all know Umeken.

So I never was into or paid any attention to health supplements until I did for my parents. As they…read moreretire and age, I noticed all kinds of health problems started to surface. Much of the problems r from years of unhealthy diet (high sugar contents, high cholesterol diets and processed food...etc) and lack of regular exercise from working in an office environment. Through my research, I found out that preventative care is much better and cheaper than treating an illness after the fact, so I started to look into natural food and supplementing the necessary nutrients. One thing I found, which really made a lot of sense to me, was the importance of enzymes in our body. U can do a bit of reading online, there r a ton of info about It. So apparently, we lose them as we age, but it's a critical part of not just our digestive system, but our whole body. That's when I found out abt this brand. I did more research into the different brands of enzymes and learned that not all enzymes products r made equal, just like pretty much any product on the market. From ingredients, to the process of manufacture, I have to say I was really impressed by Umeken. Their philosophy and belief r reflected in how they make their products. I mean I've always known Japanese are methodical and stringent in their manufacture, which extends from their culture, but this brand is pretty much taking that even a step further! I found out that they have their own organic farms in Japan so they can grow their own ingredients and take full control of the quality. And to ferment their enzymes, they use this super soft ground water in the Amazon forest near their sourcing plantation to get the best result? What? I don't think I know another manufacture that go thru that kind of trouble to deliver their products, it's no wonder their stuff is so pricey! But at least I can be sure of its quality, and geniune effectiveness. I'd rather spend a little more to get the best stuff out there, than wasting half of as much on the useless ones or worse, the ones that actually do harm to ur body. Damn..I wrote an essay here LOL but ya, I researched and learned a lot abt this brand and the more I learned, the more I like it. I wish more companies are like them, put their product quality and integrity first!
