From prior experience I won't move forward with any kind of surgery without a second opinion, and Dr. Williams made an excellent referral. I had the 2nd opinion and felt he was also an excellent surgeon (as seen on TV) but was pushing for an FUT procedure which I did not want, and felt the staff and follow-ups were very pushy/sales-y. That left me wondering whether I was going to be happy with the results of just one FUE procedure (turns-out: yes) or whether I should consider a hybrid, so I had another follow up video visit with Dr. Williams and again in-person. He was very patient, never pushy, explained all the pros/cons and gave me plenty of grace and space to make my decision -- following my in-person consultation in April 2026 I scheduled an FUE procedure with PRP for early May 2026. 2700 grafts + PRP, in by 8am out by 3pm, recovery was much easier than I expected or read about, exactly as Dr. Williams described. Follow-up the next day went well, and even though I live over an hour away I came back 1 week later - he and I were both very pleased with the results (there is both a science and an art to this, and Dr. Williams is both a scientist and an artist where matters). I end up having the surgery and a few days later I call her and explain that my boob is green. I knew something wasn't right . But she told me it was normal. Well a few months go by and it wasn't normal . I ended up developing capsular contracture and had to have a second surgery .. oh and it wasn't cheap , maybe another 8,000$. So I had the second surgery and the breast tht she removed the capsule just hung immediately after she told me it would eventually develop a capsule again... ya that never happened . Oh and here's where it gets better the other side breast started developing capsular contracture . And now one boob hangs and is huge while the other is super tight and painful. All these years I cut her so much slack and just thought it was my body. Well I have a surgery scheduled for next week with a different Dr to remove both breast and immediately I saw the difference. He explained to me that capsular contracture risk is significantly higher if you go through the nipple. He gave me a list of things to do before my surgery and we're much different from hers. She ruined my breast and I've never been happy with my body since. Also my bf wrote a review after the first ordeal and she called me and asked me to take the review down !!!! Looking around, the procedure space itself was brightly lit, clean, and felt zen which helped considering the fact that I was about to have tiny needles on my face. The procedure itself involved a stem cell solution, and a micro-needle pen with 12, 34 gauge needles in it.
