We got a massive tree at a very reasonable price. Customer service was excellent and it had the same smell as the hardware store I used to go to for popcorn when I was a kid. The only down side, and it isn't much of one, is I wish they trimmed the tree when you bought it. When we got home we had to do a little snipping in our apartment to take care of stray branches. It is now, looking amazing and probably one of the best trees I have ever gotten . Thanks wilco!

Found out after scheduling a new company that Urban Gardners was ridicuosly overpriced...for that you get rude CustomerService, attitude and zero communication! The lights needed to be re-done numerous times (mainly on plants/trees) The capper was us asking numerous times for an invoice, and not getting one, then the owner saying we were paying late when we paid the day the lights were taken down. Sad to see! Whole experience was awful.

I keep coming back and I don't know why. If you're only picking up one item, and have 30 minutes to stand in lines waiting for other people to get their crap together, then McLennans hardware is for you. As for me, I will take the extra 10 minutes instead of standing in line and drive to Home Depot or Lowe's.

I couldn't find the bulb I needed and couldn't find anyone to help so I walked back to the cashier area to ask for help. There was a big African American man standing there so I asked him how I could get some help. He just stared at me. I guess he thought I would just move on. I didn't. Finally he said " With what " in a sarcastic tone. I told him then walked back to the bulbs. He didn't respond to me at all. Luckily I received help from both a lady and a man who were awesome. I don't know who hired the security guard but he in no way should be communicating with the public. We definitely won't be going back to this store unless we don't have time to go to Lowe's or Home Depot. Wow

We have been coming here for years. Such a fun experience "picking" out your tree, decorating it…read more(if you want) and coming back to get it. U-cut or have them prep it for you. The staff is always friendly, and answers questions and explains anything. They have a cute holiday shop and recently a little food truck, I believe maybe doughnuts and hot chocolate to get. They had 7 different types of trees to pick from. We usually go noble firs this year we got a Nordmann, which is a cross between a Noble and something else, which is great. Also said that it retains its needles better than others, so happy to see how that goes. We paid $85 for a little over 6' tree, great deal. Plus a little extra for cutting and having them wrap it for travel.

The only reason we come here is the location, but there are way better tree farms out there than this one!! I wouldn't waste your time! We're gonna go to find another tree farm that's not so money hungry, the only the cheapest tree they have is $45 they don't ever have any free, hot cocoa, or hot cider or anything, there's no music, there's no Santa; it's just not the greatest tree farm. Don't like the vibe they're never have thought the people are very fun or knowledgeable .
