So, why did I come here? I mean, western wear is not MY thing. I came because at the end of this month, my department is dressing up for Go Texan Day and nothing in my closet screams western. I was on my way to another boot store to check out their western ring selection and decided to detour to Joann Fabrics to find a turquoise pendant. Surprisingly, Boot Barn was conveniently located next door. I love convenience! I've never been in a boot store; ever! So, upon walking in, I was in awe! Wall to wall boots. Shelf after shelf after shelf. Well over 300 pair!The aisles were spacious enough to maneuver through the sea of boots and everything was so well organized. I found myself in the middle of the store like a big kid when the store clerk, Jerroll, came over with big smiles to ask if I needed help finding anything. He was dressed like a true cowboy; leather jacket, blue jeans, cowboy hat and boots. Yaasss!! I told him I was looking for the jewelry section and he walked me right over. They have a nice and reasonably priced selection of earrings, bracelets, rings, etc. I had no problem finding my rings here. Another store representative, Kim, walked by to see if I had any questions or needed help finding anything. Both store personnel that I came in contact with, showed me that they were willing to help. I will never EVER EVER go back to this establishment for this reason. When I first arrived she said hello and asked me if I needed help. I asked her where the kids shoes were located and she said "on the back wall. Let me know if I can help." I said "great, i'll let you know." Literally 1 minute passed and she came back where I was acting like she was fixing shoe boxes (that were already neat!). So i moved down the wall a little more and she got closer. I didnt want to come to terms that she was following me around so I went down an aisle to see if she would follow and SHE SURE DID. However, the sales associates happily helped me search for it until we finally gave up. I then started looking for a large black bow tie, but they didn't have that either. The assortment of apparel on the men's side is good, but I wish they carried a couple more items. The service is great tho. Everyone from the sales associates to the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I ended up buying some socks and underwear which were at a great price. I saved about 30-40% of the original cost of the items. I'll come back again in the future when I have the time to really sort through the stacks.

I bought a suitcase that broke when I took it off the baggage claim at IAH Airport. It has a little less than 50 lbs, and they would not refund or give me store credit. I bought it a month ago this week for a business trip because my last luggage I bought from Burlington lasted 10 years and the wheels started wearing down. Now they won't be fair. Be careful what you buy and if it is malfunctioned or is damage, they will not return it is you happed to use it. Well how the HELL else are you going to know if it damaged.
