My shoe size changes shoe to shoe and day to day it seems, so being able to try shoes on in-person is a necessity. The sheer number of shoes in the store is great! There are hundreds of options from huge brands and lesser-known designers. I would always recommend looking in the clearance section, too. The clearance section has a ton of great options for a discounted price (they even have some big brands back there sometimes). On my most recent trip I saw Crocs, TEVA sandals, Steve Madden, Betsy Johnson, and Birkenstocks in the clearance section! Whether you're looking for a casual shoe or a more formal option, DSW has you covered. I walked away with new tennis shoes and a pair of heels. If you're going on vacation soon, I noticed a ton of fun sandal and heel options! You can really shoe shop till you drop at DSW! The reason DSW loses a star, for me, is because of the checkout process. There always seems to be only one cashier when I'm there and it makes the line move pretty slowly. I wasn't in a rush so it was no big deal, but it has been frustrating in the past (especially when there's another associate nearby doing ... something else I guess). DSW has been our favourite shoe store for a long time. They have good deals on a lot of different shoes and this one in particular is huge and excellent in many regards. We come here whenever we can to look for the odd discount pair or something that we may not have seen in other stores. They are similar to the one in Pearland they will always be a regular destination for us and the staff here is nice as well. I've been to some DSW locations that were very dissatisfactory, but this one is one of the best.

And the worst part is the guy scans it and doesn't even bother to tell me it's expired because it says "EXP" on the back. So he just lets me buy an expired protein bar. Boots! Boots! And more boots!!…read more This location just had their grand opening 2 weekends ago. It's conveniently located right off the SW Freeway in the Colony Square shopping mall. So, why did I come here? I mean, western wear is not MY thing. I came because at the end of this month, my department is dressing up for Go Texan Day and nothing in my closet screams western. I was on my way to another boot store to check out their western ring selection and decided to detour to Joann Fabrics to find a turquoise pendant. Surprisingly, Boot Barn was conveniently located next door. I love convenience! I've never been in a boot store; ever! So, upon walking in, I was in awe! Wall to wall boots. Shelf after shelf after shelf. Well over 300 pair!The aisles were spacious enough to maneuver through the sea of boots and everything was so well organized. I found myself in the middle of the store like a big kid when the store clerk, Jerroll, came over with big smiles to ask if I needed help finding anything. He was dressed like a true cowboy; leather jacket, blue jeans, cowboy hat and boots. Yaasss!! I told him I was looking for the jewelry section and he walked me right over. They have a nice and reasonably priced selection of earrings, bracelets, rings, etc. I had no problem finding my rings here. Another store representative, Kim, walked by to see if I had any questions or needed help finding anything. Both store personnel that I came in contact with, showed me that they were willing to help. I don't THINK I have any plans to go back because again, I'm just playing my part for the 1 day at the job. I will never EVER EVER go back to this establishment for this reason. When I first arrived she said hello and asked me if I needed help. I asked her where the kids shoes were located and she said "on the back wall. Let me know if I can help." I said "great, i'll let you know." Literally 1 minute passed and she came back where I was acting like she was fixing shoe boxes (that were already neat!). So i moved down the wall a little more and she got closer. I didnt want to come to terms that she was following me around so I went down an aisle to see if she would follow and SHE SURE DID. However, the sales associates happily helped me search for it until we finally gave up. I then started looking for a large black bow tie, but they didn't have that either. The assortment of apparel on the men's side is good, but I wish they carried a couple more items. The service is great tho. Everyone from the sales associates to the cashiers were friendly and helpful. I ended up buying some socks and underwear which were at a great price. I saved about 30-40% of the original cost of the items. I'll come back again in the future when I have the time to really sort through the stacks.

I bought it a month ago this week for a business trip because my last luggage I bought from Burlington lasted 10 years and the wheels started wearing down. Now they won't be fair. This Aldo is a smaller location, since it's just servicing a neighborhood mall. The location has a pretty wide selection of shoes, but accessories in both the men and women's side were a little lacking. I was still able to find what I wanted, however, and was happy with the price ranges; I walked away with two bags for only $63. The customer service was excellent. The salesperson working the counter was really friendly and informative when I asked about online price-matching and what items the promotion applied to. Getting rung up at the register was also really fast, with another salesperson grabbing my purchases from the back without having to wait.
