Kerry is as good as they come. Very honest, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm never going anywhere else with my Ducatis!

The price he quoted me was a great price. But this is a like mom and pop shop. The community shop. I met with Sean the service took less than an hour. They offer me water or soda which I thought was a nice jester. I said no thanks since I brought my own water and snacks. He check my air pressure and straighten my mirror. That' was for free that is what I am talking about. It's the small gestures that make a place stand out for. Come to find out 2 brothers Sean and Shane. This is my new shop like I said great prices. Close to where I leave if I need anything done on the bike. This is my only spot I am taking my bike. Talk with any one of them they will take care of you and once again they will beat the bigger dealerships prices. It's worth the ride for price. I use to ride to wheels n motion in chatsworth not any more. They earn my business and I be telling all my friends and anyone I meet from now on this is the spot to go to in the valley. I ride a yam tracer 9 GT. It's a small shop but great service and prices my kind of shop. Check them out if in area or just want good prices and service I am telling you this will become your shop. Plus let's keep the community shop alive and striving. Everyone keep the rubber side up. Stay alert and be safe!

Sean and Shane made a repeat customer out of me on my first visit. Super glad I happened upon this…read moreshop when I had flat in my front tire. They're fast, fair priced and super friendly. I've had a lot of bad luck as of late with shops that make me feel like I am asking a huge favor of them to repair my bike, rather than a customer. But these two brothers, who seem to work together very efficiently and lovingly, (I dont know that I could work every day with my brothers and not bonk heads) were both ultra communicative, fast and helpful. The only downside is that I'm just learning about them now. This isnt an upstart shop. Its been there for 20 years! Wish I'd known about them sooner, rather than taking my bike to grumpy biker places which made me feel like I was doing something wrong by asking to get my bike serviced, or charging me ridiculous prices to have the bike sit for days/weeks on end. I hope these guys are here for another 20 years, because I'll bring my bike(s) back here every time now!

Do not deal with this shop…read more For a place that claims to have great communication, it's surprisingly difficult for them to clearly state a simple requirement: they won't work on your bike if the wheels are still on it you have to remove them yourself. This should have been communicated upfront, not discovered later after wasting time. Meanwhile, Cycle Gear explained everything clearly from the start with no confusion at all. I'd strongly suggest staying away from this shop unless you're prepared for poor communication and unhelpful responses. Read all reviews about this place!

I've been going to CT Motorcycles for a couple of years, but today was the last time…read more I own three motorcycles and have spent a good amount of money there over the years. Unfortunately, the experience has been very inconsistent. Pricing seems to vary a lot, and the quality of the work has not been reliable. The last time they mounted tires on my bike, they installed one of them in the wrong direction. I brought it back and had them fix it. Today, the exact same thing happened again. When I noticed the tire was mounted with the wrong rotation and pointed it out, he initially insisted it was correct. The tire I use can be mounted on the front or rear, so it has two directional arrows on the sidewall--one for front rotation and one for rear rotation. My tire was clearly installed using the rear direction even though it was mounted on the front wheel. After going back and forth, he finally remounted it the correct way. Unfortunately, during the process my newly powder-coated rims were scratched. To his credit, he did say he would pay for the powder coating, but with attitude. I won't be coming back. He could have at least gave me the money for mounting the tires back. I'm also missing the valve cover. Now I need to pay for powder coating, new bearings etc. I'm more than mad. But More to the fact that he didn't want to solve it right there. When it comes to motorcycles and especially tires, I want to go to a shop I can trust to get the basics right. After multiple mistakes like this, I just don't have that confidence anymore. To make things even stranger, at the end I was told they no longer want to service my bikes because my tires are "too small." That's a pretty surprising thing to hear from a motorcycle tire shop. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the experience and won't be coming back. I cannot recommend this place at all.
