He had a huge smile on his face the whole time and it was so amazing to watch him have fun in a sensory safe, calm environment. For most of the visit, it was just me and my two kids so not too noisy which can be a barrier at indoor playgrounds at times for us. He did not want to leave to go home and that's rare for him! Open play is $22/child with $20/ additional siblings for two hour time slots that can easily be reserved online. Typical open play is Sunday 10am-6pm and Friday-Saturday 10am-7pm. Memberships are also available. The gym includes suspended equipment with various types of swings, crash mats and pillows, a zip slider, a trampoline, a small Mario-themed climbing wall, monkey bars, a climbing mountain, a rope bridge, a hammock swing, and a rolling bar slide. Outside of the equipment, there are imagination stations-a vet, a doctor, construction, a kitchen, and a Target store playset. Also a train set and an exercise bike. Lots of various balls scattered about and a separate area for infants and toddlers with lots of toys and a small slide. There is also a separate arts and crafts area and a book nook. In a separate room-the teen room-is a basketball game and air hockey plus lots of puzzles and games and additional sensory squares. Many indoor playgrounds become overwhelming for one of my kiddos and a unique feature here is a calming room with soft lights, weighted blankets, and large pillow chairs. The staff was so kind and helpful too. They were cleaning regularly and offered treats to the kids when they were upset our two hours were up. We paid around $23 for one child and two adults, plus more than $10 for parking, so we were already over $30 for the visit. At that price point, I expected a clean, thoughtfully maintained, safe-feeling children's space with enough activities to make the outing worthwhile. That was not our experience. My biggest concern was cleanliness and maintenance. For a place centered around young children touching, climbing, splashing, and exploring everything, cleanliness should be a major priority. The outdoor water-play areas, including the water table and mud kitchen, had water that looked old and dirty. We didn't even arrive particularly late in the day, so I was surprised they were already in that condition. I didn't feel comfortable letting my toddler really play with them, which was disappointing considering those are some of the main outdoor activities. The outdoor area in general did not feel especially well maintained. There were also a lot of bees around while we were there. I completely understand that bees are part of being outdoors and aren't always something a business can control, but combined with the dirty water-play areas and the overall condition of the space, it added to the feeling that I needed to constantly watch where my child was stepping and touching rather than being able to relax and let her explore. Safety was another concern for me. The building is an older house, and it honestly feels like an old house that has been converted into a children's play space rather than a space intentionally designed for small children. The stairs made me especially nervous with a young toddler and felt like a fall waiting to happen. I also noticed exposed/open outlets and visible cords or cables in areas accessible to children. When you're bringing a walking toddler somewhere specifically designed for play, you really shouldn't have to spend the entire visit scanning the environment for potential hazards. The space itself is also much smaller than I expected. There are essentially only about four main play areas, and even though there were very few people there during our visit, it still felt limited. I honestly can't imagine how crowded it would feel if several families were there at the same time. I also don't think this is particularly well suited for children under 3. A somewhat older child might enjoy the pretend-play or DIY-style activities more, but for a younger toddler there simply wasn't enough to do to justify the admission price. A lot of the installations also felt inexpensive, homemade, or worn rather than like the quality I would expect from a paid children's attraction. The staff checked us in, but beyond that there wasn't much interaction, and the overall experience wasn't particularly warm or welcoming. I know every family values different things, and another child may have a completely different experience. But for us, between the cleanliness concerns, safety concerns, very limited number of activities, small space, outdoor water areas that did not feel sanitary, and the total cost after parking, I just cannot recommend it, especially for toddlers. There are so many wonderful parks, play spaces, classes, museums, and children's activities in the Loudoun area. Compared with what else you can do locally for the same amount of money, or even for free, this just did not feel worth it at all. Unfortunately, we definitely would not return

You have to remove your shoes before entering the play area but the toilets are located inside the play designated area which means you have to go into the bathroom with socks on which is very gross. They should allow shoes in the bathroom area. Also the soap dispensers were empty and the lady that cleans the bathroom just hung out in the bathroom not really cleaning or filling the soap. The cafe - there are food options for kids and adults. We did try the kids pizza and French fries. The pizza was fine( cheese) but the fries were not good. It tasted like they fried it in very old oil. They do have coffee but I did not try it as the didn't have an option for skim milk. They do not allow outside food or drink but no one seems to really monitor that. Security - ok so this is non-existent. There is a door that divides outside area with inside play area but kids can easily open the door and leave the premises. The lady that stands by the door doesn't monitor kids matches with their guardians. She just opens and closes the door and often she is not there at all. They do not give wristbands at all or any form of security feature. So watch your kids closely while you are there as once they go into that massive play area it's difficult to locate them. The kids seemed to enjoy it as they don't worry about germs , dirt or food. I mean it's fine for an hour or so but honestly it was the last resort when deciding on a place to take the kids too. They also charge the adults an entry fee!!! ‍ I mean it's not like we are playing in the kids areas . I think we paid $55 for entry (2 kids and 2 adults). Would I go back? I found Loco Gymnastics Club and could not be happier. Winter and her team have provided my girl the best experience. They have an awesome after school program that helps me a ton & their gymnastics coach is the best! They have been placing 1st & 2nd in competitions and are spot on celebrating birthdays and events at the owners farm. I'm so relieved for her to be able to try so many new things in one place with individuals that are clearly looking out for our kids! I'm posting a couple of pictures I took so my daughter will always have these memories! If you want to get your kid into gymnastics or need an after school program I really recommend Loco Gymnastics!!!

HOW?!?!…read more No idea clue where your child is during the day, when they are going to eat, minimal supervision on site, and SERIOUS sanitation issues. My child attended for 2 weeks and they changed the location of their daily field trips multiple times, with no notification to parents. If my child is supposed to be going to Frying Pan Park, but instead goes to the owners house / farm in Berryville...I should be notified. Poor planning to the point that the kids didn't eat their packed lunch (bc it was left onsite) and instead received a rice krispy treat as a snack. They finally ate LUNCH onsite around 3pm. Majority of the day is free-time in the back gym while "grown ups are at the front on their phones", where a wall blocks any view. To top it off, my child said multiple times there were no paper towels in the bathroom and at least twice no toilet paper. I witnessed this first hand we went to bathroom before leaving, there were no paper-towels and the hand soap was empty! The owner pulled out a bar of soap from under the sink and asked staff to bring paper towels. When non were found, she went next door and brought them, claiming the business next door (the martial arts place she will include as an activity) borrowed them. She then proceeded to argue that the cleaning staff stocks nightly. Ignoring the fact that these items were not present in the bathroom when the children needed them!!! The owner also said their ratio is 5:1 but most field trips are her and 1 other lady. Multiple 7 year olds (mine and others) have no reason to lie about who attended a field trip. When confronted for any issues, Mrs. Winter (the owner) claims everything is for the children...but the truth is it's her bottom line matters more. Any caring person (or teenager) would never run a camp like this. In summary: If you don't want to know where your kid is during the day, what staff is present, when they will eat, how they wipe or wash their hands, sign up.
