He took plenty of time to explain everything and answer all our questions. The promotion they offered was tremendous and enabled us to afford the system. The installation was challenging because of how the water heater was placed in the home, but the installer, Juan, figured out the best way to approach it and proceeded with no fuss. After doing extensive research, we decided on Hyperion Elite for our water softener and R/O system. The salesperson came to our home and did the spiel with testing our water and demonstrated how a softener would benefit us. We already knew all of this, but that's the deal. We were also given a year supply of soap products from dishwasher, laundry, cleaners, body wash, and a few more - and we had several scents to choose from. The body wash and bar soap was ok, but the rest were not very good and did not get used. Luckily, this was not the reason we went with them. The systems met our expectations and the installation was seamless, including hooking the R/O to our refrigerator for crystal clear ice. We've had it for 2 years now with no issues. read more

Don't buy from this company. They lied about my water and that I had to have this system. They installed it wrong, they said they fixed it but didn't. They waited several days to return my call then said I was outside of the return time. The system left worse water spots then before, my PH was way off, I had acidic RO water. All around wrong system. They have no paperwork in order and then sent me a fraudulent lean notice saying they tried to come get the system and I would not cooperate. I took the system back and the manager said he was just going to bring it back to my house. I tried several times from the beginning to talk to someone above the manager and they refused to allow that. I had two professional companies come look and both said wrong system for the house. Stay far away from these guys. Horrible product that is sold under false info and doesn't work. Even worse customer service and they will try and strong arm you. read more

It doesnt train their employees well at all as they werent able to answer questions or go over how the finance works. 4 people came to my home and told me 4 different prices for filter replacement. My credit was affected due to how they work the first 3 months. Spoke to management which took me a month to get a hold of and they kept talking around all of the issues. Sad. We got a water softener and water filtration system from them last year. I feel like we overpaid for the products they gave us and we got some misinformation from the sales rep. In order to maintain the warranty that comes with the product you have to spend 150 a year for water filters. This was not told to me as the sales rep advised the filters last 2 to 3 years. It's also no where in any of the paperwork I signed or received. I spoke to a Manger who looked more into it and said he was told there wasn't much corporate was will to do. The manager was very nice but overall I wish I had shopped around and went with another company read more

This company is full of misdirection they make all these offers sounding really good when you get the service and they don't provide any of the services once you have the product. They didn't tell me I would have to buy salt for my machine every month or so then I was not informed which kind to get so I had to just figure it out. read more

The water is still bubbly and cloudy even after flushing the system like they recommended. They came and changed the filters a couple times to fix the problem but it was never fixed. One expensive water bill later and it is still the same. They call me saying I have to schedule a maintenance with them before the year ends or the warranty will expire. They overcharge for the systems and for maintenance where they just check all the boxes and don't fix anything. Customer service is nice but all they do is read off of scripts that have nothing to do with my questions. I tried cancelling the system the next day they installed which took two weeks after I signed for it and then they refused to cancel because policy is three days after signing...!!! read more

This company sends out spam letters pretending to be the USPS (they do not use the USPS name they make the letter look official to get you to call) claiming you have missed a parcel from someone and this is final notice. When you call it doesn't ring and someone instantly picks up. You give them the parcel number in the letter and that's when they reveal that they are a water softening company not the post office. Very shady way of doing business. If you want to reach out to home owners then reach out. Don't try to trick people into calling it's only going to make them angry. read more
