Parking lot is big enough for just Fedex customers. I only usually print for their "Print and Go" service so my experience here is very limited. I had a recent experience where I didn't print the receipt and needed it. I went ahead and called the store and Savannah really helped me out. She really tried problem solving and was super chill about it. She ended up leaving the receipt in store with a note. The Fedex near me has employees that just don't care so I really appreciate this locations service so far.

Idk who owns this scamming place but they charge based on what documents you're printing. If you…read moreprint regular documents, it's $2.50 FOR THE FIRST black and white page and $.25 cents for another page after. BUT if you're printing a shipping label it's $2.50 PER EACH PAGE. To tape your package, it's an extra $2 per box. Every other UPS in town has no such rule. Scam after scam. If you pay cash, you must have exact total. If their register doesn't have your total change to give back to you, they get to keep the extra money. Cashier couldn't undo the transaction to let me pay with card. Scam after scam. It's unfortunate they're the only ones open in town on a Sunday until 4 pm or I'd avoid at all cost. A trip that was supposed to be free from Amazon returns quickly becomes about $10 and super annoying.
