What a surprise! Delicious black coffee with whip cream from the Haagen-Dazs ice cream shop at the outlet mall! Didn't make coffee in the morning at home and took our shuttle to the outlets early! Didn't want to risk my life walking in the parking lot to Starbucks so I looked for affordable coffee. The new coffee truck was too expensive and no one inside the food court had coffee. So I noticed a huge ad in the window of the Haagen daz store saying iced and hot coffee! Yay! The store is spotless and welcoming. The charming and friendly young lady quickly came to assist me. A little coffee bar at the entrance of the store with extremely affordable coffee prices. I had no idea. I am definitely a fan! I ordered a regular black coffee and added whipped cream! The coffee was only $1.49 and the whipped cream was an additional.50 cents. Fresh delicious coffee! Yes I ordered a hot coffee. I added a little Splenda and cinnamon from the coffee bar. It was easily the most delicious coffee I've had outside of my home! I took it into the air conditioned food court to enjoy. I'm not a big ice cream fan but will definitely recommend the coffee from Haagen Daz! (I do like Haagen Daz ice cream on the rare occasion I buy it) .. read more

When you know good ice cream you just know. Häagen-Dazs is always such a treat. This location is within the Palm Beach outlets. They have a few tables inside as well as some outside seating. The employees are really nice and assist efficiently. Their new thing on the menu is the flight of ice cream option. That's what I ended up getting with Sam M. You can get one flavor or 4 different ones etc. We ordered midnight cookies and cream, Belgian chocolate, brownie a la mode and white chocolate raspberry truffle. All flavors tasted great. I love how they set it up and gave different spoons for all 4. They also have milk shakes and smoothies in their menu for other options. Side Note- They have a coffee station inside as well. Looked good, didn't order because it was evening time and I know I can't sleep with too much caffeine in my system. But next time will try it out, their coffee machines looked fancy. ~ read more

So first i asked for a milkshake this lady tells me i cant have it cus she is about to close "i cant make it for you all the machines are clean already and im about to close". I go ok fine let me have the ice cream scoops in a cup. she hands it to me with one of her hairs as a topping and i tell her "i cant eat this it has your hair on it!!" instead of apologizing and giving me another one she replies with attitude "well now you have to pay it because i served it already!!" I'm like are you serious!? She is like "YES its SERVED and you have to take it" and i literally had to walk out wtf is wrong with her to tell me i have to consume a product that has one of her dirty hairs on it? Chocolate milkshake should be renamed chocolate milk here. I frequently have the same shake at the Haagen Dazs on the boardwalk in Hollywood, no comparison in the consistency of the 2 shakes. One is thick and yummy, the other is like chocolate milk. Someone is cheaping out on the amount of ice cream that goes into their shakes. read more
