They offered the best price on replacing the windshield in addition to calibrating the program in the car and could do it the next day. Unfortunately, there was a mishap with the new glass and the repair needed to be postponed a day, but Jim offered to provide me with a car for the inconvenience and when I was scheduling pick up he even offered to pick me up. I had my front window replaced and all went well until that evening when I noticed scratches on my left front fender. The next day I left work early to talk to them about it and the manager got defensive before even seeing the scratches. He assured me that there was no way that they could have caused the scratches. He repeatedly denied doing any damage. He finally said that I could get an estimate to buff out the scratches and that he would pay for it as long as it wasn't too much. My windshield had a rock chip. I stopped by Olsen Auto Glass to get a quote. (This place is recommended by the garage I usually go to.) The quote sounded reasonable. So I went ahead to get it fixed right there. The repairmen are courteous and very professional. After it was done and I was about to pay, the owner(?) told me that it would be free!! He said because the location of the chip was right in front of the driver, they are not supposed to fix it like that. I was totally surprised by their generosity and honesty. They could have told me to replace the whole windshield and make more money. But they instead fixed it free for me. I'm very grateful for their supreme customer service. Some idiot broke into my car via my rear vent window, and I needed it replaced. I called around and Olsen's was the least expensive, and had super great customer service. The work the did was fast, clean, and looked good! On top of all of that, dude even lubed the track for my automatic windows in front, and that helped them to work way better. I took my 98 Subaru to Olsen's to get the windshield replaced. They were very easy to set up an appointment with and were willing to work with my insurance company. I dropped my car off early in the morning and it was ready to be picked up by noon. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. Olsen's auto glass has some nice people. I had a windshield replacement and they were unable to get my rain and humidity sensors working properly after replacement. They even had me drop off my car a second time and tell me they didn't fix anything and it was working properly. There are visible bubbles in the rain sensor adhesive, we'll see if the third time is a charm but this isn't rocket science and these guys are supposed to be professionals. Nice as they are in person I'd never let them touch my car again, I don't have time to bring my car back numerous times until they can get the job done right. !!They do not care about their customers time, or even start work when I call to pick it up!! I called to make an appointment to replace my windshield. It would be covered by insurance, so even though I had been told they were a little more expensive it was all the same to me. The woman who answered obviously did not want to be there, and was not out for any customer service awards. She told me it was a 3 hour job, and I asked when I wanted to drop it off. I asked her what times they had open. She told me 11 and I made an appointment even though I had to cancel lunch with my wife on my only day off. I dropped off the car and walked the short 20 min home. I called 10 min before 2 and asked if I should start walking back. She says "oh no sorry, its going to a little longer something else came up" I asked how long and she says 5. That's another 3 hours, the quoted time of the job. I ask if they have even started and the answer is .... "not yet sorry". Apparently they did not know I needed it by a certain time. So I walked 20 min back in the rain. My car in the exact spot I parked it 3 hours before. I know not everyone is super busy, but I work full time, go to school full time, and work on my fixer upper house. 3 hours wasted there when it could have been at any other shop getting the work done....what a joke. !!THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS TIME. THEY CANT EVEN CALL YOU WHEN THEY SCREW UP. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO BURN, AND WANT SOMEONE ELSE TO BURN IT!! read more
