After consulting with council, I am finishing my review. You can threaten to sue again, Good Luck. One of the moving guys asked me what I was doing with 3 particular items. I told him I was leaving them for my son to pick up. As we were driving away, the worker said he had forgotten something in the house. He went back in. The next day I received a call from my son stating the garage door was open & and the back door was unlocked. I never used it that door. The 3 items the worker asked about were missing. I 75 movers sent two people to move my house. We laid out all of the products and things that had to be moved prior to them arriving when they arrive they arrive with two people. The one was an experienced guy and the guy didn't know what he was doing and was not strong enough to do the work. They quoted me $625 for the move it wound up being over $1000. When they packed the contents into the storage unit all wrong, I had to have someone come back and re-pack the whole unit because it was totally wrong. They sent out inexperienced people to do the job is not what I asked for I wouldn't recommend these guys ever again at all to anyone. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!! Quoted to move 3000 sft home and a storage unit they spent 12.5 hours to move 3/4 of the home left the rest-stuff is everywhere! Never made it to the storage unit-had my husband drive them in our SUV to get their tools and then a second trip for my sons beds they forgot and they didn't want to use the truck. I would have happily paid double to have my move competed but the crew consisted of 2 excellent gentleman and 1 half dead man who couldn't speak clear English and was unable to move anything -per his words. While discussing my displeasure with the manager when the non mover was demanding I pay in full and sign a disclose I refused and they illegally charged my credit card for the entire move-which again i would have happily paid had it been completed. We have used I-75 moving twice. Our most recent move was extremely challenging. We had very difficult access due to the fact that the truck could not get into our driveway because of low hanging trees. The movers had to carry everything over 100 feet of distance just to get to our front door. Ray, Tim, Donnie and Bob kept such a great attitude throughout the entire move. They got the job done on budget and without a single scratch. We are so thankful for their hard work and professionalism. read more

Dave at I-75 was great to deal with on getting it scheduled and a fair estimate with such short notice. The movers arrived on-time and ready to work. The only hitch was I ordered 4, and only 3 arrived. The rate was reduced accordingly and the workers apologized and work twice as hard. They were all clean, polite, professional and great to work with. They took amazing care packing my items. They were pleasant and got the entire house packed in just over 4 hours. They were delayed coming to my home but Dave did call and let me know they were running late, a little later than initial stated, but when they showed up the guys moving me did an awesome job. The Dave person threatened me SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PHONE because it was 6 pm, 2 hours after the END of the scheduled appointment time and the movers weren't in place. This is the most sickening and unprofessional customer service experience of my adult life. The employees here are willing to lie and relieve themselves of wrongdoing, in spite of contractual obligation. Save yourselves the stress and book with another company. I am way overdue on this review. I hired this company in August 2018 for my move on 17 September 2018. I had a storage unit with items to be loaded (mainly boxes) and then items in a master bedroom on a 3rd floor apartment. My movers, Mark and Larry, showed up a little early. This was not a problem as the 1st stop was the storage unit and I was less than a mile from there. They quickly loaded all the items as requested and then we proceeded to the apartment and they loaded up my bedroom furniture. (I had been sharing a 3br apartment and was moving to my own place). They quickly and efficiently unloaded my items at my new place. Both Mark and Larry were very professional, personable and took great care with my belongings. I did not incur any significant damage (just minor scratches on drawers on a dresser). I would definitely recommend this company and these gentlemen. I had I 75 movers move our house hold items, First of all it took 9 and a half hours to move us, so i had to pay over my quote. When i put the one bedroom together the next day, i found damage to one of my box springs, when i called about, they gave me a number to contact an insurance calm, That was a joke. They make it so hard to fill out the paper work, just so you will give up and stop the clam, and that is what i did. After a month went by, we were going through the last of the boxes in the garage, and we found we are missing two boxes, ONE had cloths in it, and the SECOND box had the rest of my tools. The tools i am missing are worth about 1500.00. However i am sure there is nothing i can do now since too much time has passed. I will never ever use them again. read more

I had a horrific experience with this moving company over the weekend. I scheduled two weeks in advance, paid a $200 deposit. I received a confirmation email which I did not read thoroughly - my fault. When I checked the confirmation the day before my move, it said that if you did not sign an e-document the same day you make your reservation you will be canceled. I got no notification of being canceled. Despite being canceled weeks prior, my deposit had not been returned. I had no indication that I had been canceled. I called and Dave told me I was back on the schedule for 8am-10am. 9:45 comes on moving day and I have heard nothing. I leave Dave a voicemail checking on the status. I call again at 10am, once more at 11:15 with another voicemail. My parents came to help me move. I had my mother call assuming that Dave was ignoring my phone number. Sure enough, despite calling several times and leaving messages he calls my mother back (that simply hung up when no one answered) presumably because he thought she was new business. Movers finally show up at 11:45. The person moving into my condo was set to move in at 1pm which obviously was not possible. I have a small 1 bedroom, 800 sq ft condo. Only a bedroom set and a couple small pieces had to be moved. With an 8-10am window, I assumed I would be done by the time the movers actually showed up. This was the most stressful experience and I cannot express how unprofessional and rude Dave was. Knowing he was wrong, he simply ignored my phone calls - horrible customer service. Please save yourself the hassle and pay for a real moving company. Despite all of this, I have several dents in my new home from the movers handling the furniture carelessly. read more

We requested a move from Winter Park, FL to Daytona Beach, FL. This started out as a pleasant experience. First point of contact was pleasant, knowledgeable and responded to questions in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. Their field operations can use a lot of work. Movers arrived late to the destination location. (They said they got lost even though they had the correct address). However, I was compensated with a small adjustment on the time. One of the movers (Eric) was rude and impatient. He even made me fill out his paperwork. He filled in the price and tried to say I owed the full price even though I had already paid a deposit. (This was eventually corrected). On the other hand, Uriea, the other mover was very nice and understands what it means to provide real customer service. It would be nice if their Core Values (People First, Service, Do It Right) are reflected in their field operations. read more

I was very disappointed in the movers. Although they were professional, I hired them to move my large pieces as we could not lift them. We moved 4 miles. I have never seen anyone take a day bedframe apart and bubble wrap it! It was ridiculous. A 4-5 hour move took double that time at our cost and they considered a set of kids blocks a large item! We moved into a Retirement area and they were still unloading at midnight after arriving at our prior house at 4:00. I had to help them with angles to get furniture in and took many items off the truck myself to hurry them up. It was their second move of the day and you could tell they were doing the snail crawl. They were tired. We ended up putting beds, dressers, piano and misc items together ourselves just to get them out at 1:30 am! We had 3 guys moving, but one was under the weather. We have moved several times in the past 10 years as my husband has been transferred by his company from Cinti, OH to the Panhandle of FL, then on to Largo, FL. Never once did those movers bubble wrap an end table to go the 500 - 1000 miles, but these guys did for the 4 miles!!! It was like hiring the 3 stooges! Never again. read more

I don't understand these reviews. I had this company move my apartment goods into storage One of the movers was scary. He threw a fit and later got involved in an argument with another patron of the storage facility (He was later terminated). Three months later, I had the items removed from storage and moved to my new apartment. Soon afterwards, I realized there were missing items and I contacted Dave the manager. I informed him that I was missing a leg for a foyer piece and two of the four feet for a love seat. He said he would look into the matter. The next day these missing items and a computer monitor were dropped off without explanation. In the interim, I realized I was missing two table lamps, two of four card table chairs, two brooms, a mop, a picture frame, and a floor dolly. The two lamps were returned, but I was assured that there were no other items left on the truck or in their warehouse. It occurred to me that items may not have made it into storage, if they were left on the truck after the initial delivery. During the move, boxes were delivered upside down, half the crystal in one box marked fragile was broken, a computer desk was delivered in pieces, a bedroom chest was torn apart, a bedroom dresser had a hole punched in the back, and a 60" flat screen tv was destroyed. They bore no responsibility I was offered $40 to settle the matter, if I signed a waver and promised not to report my concerns. I thought I was working with a reputable company and was quite displeased to observe the unprofessional conduct of the delivery personnel. To say that I am disappointed, is an understatement. The public needs to know what they might really expect. read more
