Over the last 15 years I've worked with Dennis on dozens of mold remediation projects. Dennis is a…read moreTexas licensed Mold Assessment Consultant and I own a Mold Remediation Company. We refer many of our clients to Dennis and he is just amazing with producing professional documentation and detailed, well illustrated mold remediation protocols that our clients need and we are required to follow to conform with TDLR requirements. Dennis and NTX Enviro provides absolute top quality service representing industry best practices and accurate documentation for a fair price.

I rarely write reviews but I made a point to do it this time. We were blown away!! Dennis came to…read moreour house to see if we had a mold problem after a water issue in our master bathroom. From the first telephone conversation I had with him a few days ago until today he was over the top impressive, very helpful, and knowledgeable not only in this area but also peripheral related areas in which we needed advice. Both on the phone and in person, he took whatever time necessary to explain how things work and what to expect. Today he was at our door at the exact appointment time. He did different testing and explained as he worked. He was never high pressure whatsoever. He was very thorough and did so much more above and beyond testing than what he had to do. He truly knows his business and cares about his customers. If you want the best service and to know the real truth, this is the ONLY company to use. Honestly, I don't know how we could be more impressed. That is a rare thing to say these days but we give credit where credit is due. Thank you, Dennis for helping us, giving us complete peace of mind and relief from medical worries. God bless you richly!!

We used Bingham restoration when we had water damage in our kitchen spanning to other rooms. Their…read moreteam was quick to respond, communicable, and hardworking. The last part of our project did not go to plan for reasons beyond Bingham's control - but they still stepped in to make things right. We're grateful for their integrity.

I have never written a review remotely this long. However, because I have continued to stand by my…read morereview and refuse to remove it despite repeated pressure, I now find myself responding to the "owner's" lengthy public rebuttal. I will preface by stating that the "owner" of this business seems fixated on researching me and attaching me personally. His "reply" is full of inaccuracies and deflect from addressing actual business concerns. To begin, I have 22 positive, not negative business reviews. More importantly, I have attached documentation refuting a litany of false statements made in Mr. Patterson's response, including correspondence from the IICRC indicating that Bingham Restoration is using IICRC branding despite not being a certified member. Honesty, transparency, and integrity matter. I encourage consumers to review the attached documentation and draw their own conclusions. Based on my experience, I would recommend choosing a company that demonstrates ethical business practices, truthful communication, and professional treatment of its customers. I did not select or hire Bingham Restoration directly. Bingham Restoration was brought into the project by a plumbing company following a major leak at my rental property. During the claim process, my insurance company questioned line items in the invoice, including emergency service charges, supervisory fees, and fuel charges. The invoice was subsequently revised, and Bingham Restoration provided written documentation reflecting the settlement amount agreed upon with the insurance carrier, which I have attached. There is no mention of any other "agreement" other than the amount due. Any suggestion that I refused to pay is false. I requested documentation, sought clarification regarding charges, and asked a civil engineer to review the work. Rather than continue dealing with repeated demands for payment, I paid the agreed settlement amount in full. Mr. Patterson reneged on Bingham's own settlement agreement and sent a collections after me to collect the remainder of the original invoice. I have attached the collections notice. I also dispute a majority of.erroneous statements in the "owner's" response. I never communicated with another one-star reviewer, and I did not copy an attorney on our email exchanges. I copied the administrative office of my legal services plan for documentation purposes. The owner also called me from what turned out to be his wife's cell phone number. What concerns me most is not the billing dispute itself, but how it was handled. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, the "owner's" response focuses extensively on my personal background, education, review history, and other matters unrelated to the restoration work. I found those communications inappropriate and unsettling. The central facts remain unchanged: the insurance company questioned multiple charges, the invoice was revised, Bingham Restoration provided written settlement documentation, I paid the agreed amount in full, and my account reflected a zero balance. This dispute was never primarily about the money. It was about transparency, documentation, and a consumer's right to ask questions and leave an honest review. After this experience, I cannot help but wonder how other customers who posted negative reviews were treated. Basic business communication should focus on resolving problems, not attacking customers. Instead of addressing the substance of my concerns, I found myself responding to personal attacks and factual disputes unrelated to the work performed. Consumers have the right to question charges, request documentation, seek clarification, and share honest reviews of their experiences. I stand by my review and my right to share it. Caveat emptor.
